Hotel molto carino con colazione abbondante,situato vicino alle scale mobili che portano in centro, parcheggio a pagamento difronte e gratuito nei paraggi.

Pros:

Hotel con encanto, la habitación es preciosa muy espaciosa, luminosa y con unas bellas vistas. La cama muy cómoda y súper confortable. El desayuno bueno y el personal de recepción muy amable y dispuesto a echarte una mano. Es un buen hotel.

Cons:

La calefacción calentaba poco o quizás no supe encenderla correctamente.

Non ci torneremo.
Pros:

La posizione di questo albergo è ottima, vicina alla scala mobile, che ti porta in città storica. Intorno all'albergo è pieno di parcheggi, con pazienza si può trovare.

Cons:

La camera matrimoniale per due, davvero piccola! il bagno,con asse del WC, fuori asse. vetridella portafinestra che da sul balcone, sporchi!
La mattina del secondo giorno alle ore 8 e 45, erano già finite le torte, le brioche, chiedendo spiegazioni al titolare della struttura, si è giustificato, con una alzata di spalle!
Non abbiamo pagato poco!!!

Sempre di fronte c’è un parcheggio a pagamento, ma si può usufruire anche di quello dell’hotel

No volveremos!

El hotel esta ubicado muy cerca al centro histórico. En frente a las escaleras mecánicas

Cons:

Del hotel no nos gustó nada. Es viejo y no lo han renovado. Parece una casa donde no renovaron los muebles. Es más, cero gusto de decoración. Y la ducha del baño daba vergüenza. Una cortina de plástico. Nunca nos sentimos tan incómodos en una habitación. Además tenía feo olor. No lo recomendamos. Por ese precio estuvimos en Venecia (€82) en un hotel lujoso con ventanas al gran Canal y desayuno 4 estrellas. Carísimo para un servicio tan pobre.

A parte l'hotel Perugia merita una visita.
Cons:

Struttura fatiscente, vecchia e mal tenuta, colazione abbastanza spartana, servizio e professionalità zero. Non capisco con quale criterio vengano assegnate le stelle a certi hotel. Unico lato positivo la distanza dal centro e la possibilità del parcheggio.

LA STRUTTURA MI E' RISULTATA FUNZIONALE IN QUANTO AVEVO BISOGNO DI UN HOTEL IN CENTRO CON LA POSSIBILITA' DI PARCHEGGIARE L'AUTO, ED INOLTRE COMODO PER RAGGIUNGERE IL PALABARTON OVE SI TENEVA UN EVENTO NELLA SERATA DEL 5 DICEMBRE.

SEBBENE SIA STATO FUNZIONALE, L'ALBERGO RISULTAVA ESSERE FREDDO IN TUTTI GLI AMBIENTI. NESSUNA ACCOGLIENZA DA PARTE DELL'ADDETTO ALLA RECEPTION, ED HALL INESISTENTE. INOLTRE LA COLAZIONE AL MATTINO SEPPUR BUONA E FORNITA, MA LA SALA IN CUI ERA SERVITA ERA FREDDA, TANTO CHE MI OCCORREVA SOSTARE NELLA STESSA CON UN CAPPOTTO. IL RETRO DELLA PALAZZINA RISULTAVA DAL PUNTO DI VISTA DELLA FACCIATA FATISCENTE CON DELLE PERDITE DI ACQUA VISIBILI, MA QUEST'ULTIMO PUNTO HA INCISO DAL MIO PUNTO DI VISTA SOLO PER UN FATTO ESTETICO, A DIFFERENZA DEI PRECEDENTI PUNTI.
