Pulito, architettura liberty, posizione vantaggiosa
Pros:

L'albergo è posizionato in modo strategico rispetto al centro storico, specialmente per eventi come Umbria Jazz. Di fronta al parcheggio Pellini, si prendono le scale mobili per arrivare direttamente a via dei priori che porta al viale centrale dal lato della piazza IV Novembre.
L'albergo è pulito, il palazzo è datato (non in senso negativo) i primi del novecento e ha molte soluzioni architettoniche dell'epoca (ringhiere dei balconi, pavimenti, vetrate, ecc.).
Nota importante, secondo me, la scelta di usare il più possibile piatti, bicchieri, posate, carta igienica nel bagno, il tutto riciclabile e compostabile.
Nel complesso una ottima scelta.

Cons:

Non molto da dire, unica difficoltà riscontrata è stata ad una colazione, verso le 9 l'intero albergo si è presentato al secondo piano e i tavoli erano insufficienti.
Forse, anche qui non è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto, niente di negativo, alcune scelte per la ristrutturazione non hanno rispettato la storicità della palazzina. Tipo l'ascensore, decisamente "moderno" e i bagni (belli, puliti ben ristrutturati) con un tocco modernoso che forse contrasta con l'architettura storica.
