Our two apartments are independent of the hotel: they are located in another district of the intramuros, the Carmes district, on Carreterie Street. The two apartments occupy the same small two-story stone building, without elevator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Bad experience
Pros:

Central area, old structure but pretty well designed.
They offer also local products.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We found a dirty glass in the bathroom, two cockroaches with ants around it. We immediately reported the issue, and the staff were very kind and helpful and offered to move us to another room. We really appreciated their quick response and willingness to help. They also kindly offered us breakfast as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the second room also had some ants, hairs on the sink, although considerably less worst than the first one we accepted (second room could be not as ready as expected).
Anyway, considering the hotel’s reviews, we understand that our may have been a really isolated experience.

We also found the parking situation a bit disappointing. The paid parking does not clearly indicate whether the assigned space will be covered or uncovered. Our space was uncovered, meaning our car was left under the sun, yet we still paid the full parking fee.

Overall, we appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially their effort to accommodate us and make up for the inconvenience. However, the issues with insects affected our stay.

Very residential location
Pros:

This is in a good location walking distance to everything (about 15 mons to the Palaces des Papes) but it is VERY residential. You need to walk several blocks to get food or coffee. The hotel does have breakfast. Solo female travelers may not feel comfortable walking back after dark. While it seemed safe, the streets were pretty empty.

Cons:

Parking is an issue. The outside spots are next to the hotel but the street is one way the wrong direction so you need to take a 10 min loop from the gate to get to it. Hotel should provide better directions to these spots. Garage parking is available but it is a converted auto shop with 8 spaces in a place that should have 6. Getting in and out requires advanced backing up skills and a second person to direct you. Spots are very tight and with a mid-size car it was difficult. A large sedan, station wagon or SUV will not fit

Een prettig en rustig hotel vlakbij het oude centrum.
Goede airco in de kamer. Leuke ontbijtkamet en gezellige binnenplaats waar je ook je ontbijt kunt nuttigen.

Cons:

Voor een wat grotere auto is geen parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Daarvoor moet je naar de parkeergarage van het station maar is niet ver

非常棒的飯店，很推薦
