Pros:

It has a little bit of everything one needs, the bed was confortable, there was a big drawer for the cloths, they would come and clean frequently.

Cons:

You can't have coffee or tea in the room, but you can have them at the reception.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. 
Loved the free coffee at reception!

Cons:

The shower was a bit inconvenient. The shower design caused water to spill on the floor, and there were no floor towels to soak it up.

Sehr nette Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal.
Pros:

Tolle Lage in einem sehr authentischen Viertel, nicht touristisch überlaufen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ganz in der Nähe.
Ganz besonders hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen.
Zum Zimmer gehört eine recht große Terrasse.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Um 6 Uhr abreisende Gäste waren gut zu hören und störten den Schlaf.
Lag aber möglicherweise auch daran, dass diese Leute nicht in der Lage waren, ihre Gesprächslautstärke etwas anzupassen.

Perfect location
Pros:

It was a perfect location for is, as it was just 15-17 minutes to Milano Centrale and we were traveling by train every day to different locations. Quite, comfortable small room. I asked for kettle and cups and they were provided to me by reception.

Cons:

It was unfortunate not to have breakfast.
