The code we got from the safety box didn’t work. I tried calling the emergency number bit no one picked up. Then another family came. They finally picked up the phone and let us in

Fantastic and we will be back!
Pros:

Location- bright clean room- cooking job and fridge were fantastic

Cons:

We didn’t get to sample the breakfast- but not too much of a problem as we used the cooking hob in the room
