Freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und um kompliziert. Zimmer klein, aber alles wichtige vorhanden

Situation par rapport a la gare, lit impeccable et petit dejeuner correct

Cons:

Du bruit en bas de l hotel le soir, du bruit de TV a fond donnant dans la chambre, un personnel pas toujours arrangeant. Manque la climatisation

Excellent hotel close to centee
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with secure parking included. Location is great within a 15 minute walk of train stations and city centre. Rooms are compact, well equipped and very clean. Also very quiet.

Cons:

It was all good, although roads to access the hotel are quite narrow

Perfect budget hotel walking distance to station
Pros:

The staff were very attentive polite and helpful. It is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for, the room was comfortable and clean with tea and coffee which could be refreshed daily. 10 min walk from Eurostar but on the other side to everything. 24hr check in and on site car park. Large carfour supermarket at Europe lille with loads of eateries handy for breakfast etc. Lille is a fabulous place to visit.

Cons:

No air conditioning but were given a fan on request we were here during the heatwave. We couldn’t leave the window open due to street noise the hotel is in a residential area and we were put on the ground floor. The walk from Eurostar to the hotel is safe enough during the day but isn’t pleasant. All of the above aside we actually had a good stay and if in Lille again for a budget stay would book here again.

Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique, parking voiture appréciable, petit déjeuner correct, literie confortable.

Cons:

Vétusté de l'établissement, accès par le parking vers la réception sale, moquette tachée dans le couloir, chambre trop petite non climatisée, salle de bain minuscule avec tâches de moisissures au plafond, porte séparation abîmée et sale, il a fallu demander à la réception de nettoyer la chambre pour le lendemain ( cela ne m'était jamais arrivé). Cet établissement ne mérite absolument pas un trois étoiles, ce fût une totale déception.

Le parking gratuit et la proximité du metro

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre familiale très grande et la salle de bain est très petite sans possibilité de verrouiller la porte. Personnel courtois mais sans plus. Ne donne aucune information si vous ne posez pas la question. Mais ces éléments ne sont pas essentiels. Nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

Personal beim Frühstück überfordert, so dass die Hygienestandards nicht eingehalten wurden. Kein Tuch um das Brot beim Schneiden festzuhalten. Wasserbehälter nicht gereinigt und nachgefüllt
