La ubicación es buena, cerca de la estación de Victoria y bien conectada para moverse por Londres. Para una estancia corta puede resultar práctico por el acceso al transporte y a diferentes zonas de la ciudad.

Cons:

La estancia fue algo decepcionante. La habitación daba sensación de estar bastante descuidada y la limpieza podría mejorar. Además, se notaba falta de mantenimiento en varios detalles.

Por ejemplo, el plato de ducha estaba hundido y el agua no tragaba bien, por lo que se acumulaba. También había elementos deteriorados, como el radiador oxidado y lleno de suciedad.

En general el hotel parece bastante dejado y necesitaría una mejora en limpieza y mantenimiento.

I would not stay in this hotel if i was paid a million pounds to do so.
Pros:

The room was advertised as deluxe it was an absolute disgrace, the bathroom was so small and very very dirty, the bedding had stains all over it. the wall had 3 holes in it.
The room was for 3 people and advertised as a triple, however it was so small, it was totally unacceptable.
We literally checked out straight away and had to check into another hotel which because it was short notice cost me £858.00, my daughter had to put it on her Credit Card.

Cons:

There was nothing i liked about the hotel, it was disgusting.

Убитый, старый отель, который при желании, можно сделать отличным! Рваная мебель, плохие спальные принадлежности и все в таком духе.

I like the location and the staff are nice. We left our luggage before check in.

Cons:

There were no body wash in the toilet. No coffee facilities as well. The fan they provided was dusty and not working. Bedside lamp was not working as well.
