Pros:

Room was small but suited our needs. Nice shower.

Good value , simple accommodation in a good location.
Pros:

Location , close to train and coach station . Comfortable bed .

Cons:

Very basic facilities, but adequate as little time was spent at the hotel. Thin walls so lots of noise and voices heard from adjacent room . Room was very warm , so window needed to be left open during the night , so was a bit noisy from traffic .

L’hotel est bien située géographiquement mais nous avons été déçues par le service sur place.
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé et les lits sont confortables.

Cons:

Le service n’a pas été bon. La douche ne coulait pas bien du tout à cause du calcaire et le radiateur était noir.

Cons:

La négligence et l’infamie des chambres

L’hôtel était sale, nous avons payé 600 £ pour une chambre de 3, celle-ci était horriblement sale, les draps étaient tachés (voir photos), la salle de bain était dégoûtante, la douche pleine de saleté et de choses non identifiées (photos), de la moisissure était présente sur chaque mur.

La télévision et la lumière ne fonctionnaient pas

En bref, tout était sale et dégoûtant

Pros:

The location is perfect, close to restaurants, transportation and different tourist places.
The staff was very friendly.
On the cleaning part was decent. Somebody came each day to replace the toilet paper, make the bed and replace the towels that we put on the floor.

Cons:

It can get a bit noisy. I think the walls are a bit thin and we could hear each time somebody closed the door from the rooms next to us.

Pros:

It was a nice location next to lots of shopping and restaurants. It was also easy to get to the subway. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was very hot in the rooms and our fan didn't work. We eventually got another fan which helped tremendously. It was a little dingy and could use some upgrades.

A very bad hotel
Pros:

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cons:

It’s a very bad place. The luggage room is at the basement with no lift and the person at the reception is not very welcoming or helpful . The evening shift reception guy was helpful though. The place lacks basic facilities . No cups, no drinking water . It’s bad

Great location but cramped accommodation.
Pros:

( No breakfast available.) Location for buses and trains excellent. And could walk to many tourist places and supermarkets in a short time. Lift available. Receptionist always available.

Cons:

You got a small accommodation . No communal areas. No kettle.
The shower door which jammed and was taped up at its bottom.

Very happy and I will return.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the room exceeded my expectations. Staff very helpful, I requested an extra pillow, which seems quite a basic request, but the staff member got it for me within minutes. One small issue was the TV did not work, not an issue for me though.

Cons:

Nothing really, I was happy with everything (except maybe the TV not working which was not an issue.

Zentral und ruhige Lage für wenig Geld! Weniger Sauberkeit und Platz.
Pros:

Sehr zentral, 20 min zu Fuß zum buckingham palace entfernt. Ruhige lage, wenig Strassenverkehr. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, man darf sich nichts erwarten. Wir haben uns nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten für das ist es ok.

Cons:

Sauberkeit! Der Heizkörper war richtig schwarz vor Schmutz und der Sessel voller Flecken. Sehr enger Raum, wir hatten ein 2-Bett Zimmer, eine dritte Person hätte auch nicht mehr ins Zimmer gepasst, so klein ist das Zimmer
