Bon emplacement calme
Pros:

Le calme et l’emplacement

Cons:

On peut se cogner la tête à la porte d’entrée qui est très basse attention aux personnes grandes . Salle de bain il faudrait refaire les joints de la douche qui sont moisis . Pas de service restauration ni petit déjeuner. C’est que la chambre .

Muy bonito todo, el señor de la recepción tiene una edad pero es lo más de amable y querido fue muy buena su atención, habitación amplia la cama muy grande y cómoda, baño limpio y ameno, cerca a todo volvería con los ojos cerrados a este hotel

Lokacija je veoma dobra, hotel je malo neobičan jer se nalazi u stambenoj zgradi. Soba je bila veoma čista, opremljena svim neophodnim stvarima.Naglasila bih privatnost gostiju, osoblje vidte samo prilikom dolaska i odlaska.Odnos cene i kvaliteta smeštaja odličan.

Dobra lokalizacja. Czysto.

Cons:

Hotel zdecydowanie wymaga remontu. W pokoju było bardzo głośno, recepcja w żaden sposób nie zareagowała na zgłoszenie, że w pokoju obok gra w nocy głośna muzyka. Słychać było każdą rozmowę i krok z korytarza i sąsiednich pokoi.

Ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie esigenze.
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, vicino alla Stazione Termini, alla fermata della Metropolitana (a 3 fermate) e a luoghi di interesse culturale (Chiesa di San Giovanni in Laterano, Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore, Chiesa di San Carlo alle 4 Fontane, Museo Nazionale Romano, Gallerie di Palazzo Barberini..) e servizi (ristorazione, negozi, depositi bagagli).
Inoltre, per chi ama camminare, da qui tutto il centro di Roma è facilmente raggiungibile e percorribile a piedi.
Palazzo signorile, con tutte le comodità (ascensore d'epoca), stanze molto pulite e dotate di ogni confort.
Particolare da segnalare: gli ambienti sono deliziosamente caldi in inverno e l'acqua in bagno è subito calda (cose che non sempre si trovano).
A completare il tutto, la gentilezza e disponibilità del Signor Moscatello, spesso presente alla reception, che assiste i suoi ospiti con grande premura.
Buonissimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Raccomandato.

Buena opción si buscas un alojamiento económico y bien ubicado en Roma. No es un hotel de lujo, pero cumple perfectament
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que el hotel está muy cerca de la estación de Termini y a unos 20 minutos andando como mucho del Coliseo. La habitación estaba bastante bien en relación calidad-precio y contaba con servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, un detalle muy positivo teniendo en cuenta lo poco que pagamos.

Cons:

Las instalaciones podrían mejorar un poco. Por ejemplo, la puerta de la habitación se atrancaba en algunas ocasiones, lo que da sensación de que el hotel es algo antiguo.

Pros:

3 éjszakát tartózkodtunk a szálláson, mindennel nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. Érkezéskor kedvesen fogadtak minket, tudott angolul a recepciós hölgy, mindent elmagyarázott érthetően. A szoba tiszta volt, törölközőket, hajszárítót, ágyneműt, tusfürdőt, szappant kaptunk. A fűtés is jól működött. Valóban pár perc sétányira van a Colosseum és a Termini vasútállomás is. Minden nap kiürítették a kukánkat, megigazították az ágyat, volt, hogy törölközőt is cseréltek nekünk ez alatt a három éjszaka alatt is. Ár érték arányban remek szállás.

Cons:

A WC folyt, nem tudtuk elállítani, kicsit idegesítő volt hallgatni. Tekintve, hogy nagyon jó helyen, forgalmas utcában van a hotel, nyitott ablakkal nem nagyon lehet aludni nyáron a hangos forgalom miatt, de klíma volt.

Pros:

Gute Lage im multikulturellen römischen Stadtviertel Esquilinio. Tram-Haltestelle vor der Haustür, Metrostation wenige Gehminuten. Es stimmt, dass das Haus ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber das Zimmer war sauber, Matratze und Kissen bequem und die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Tram-Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Positiv wg. der guten Anbindung (siehe oben), aber wer mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen.
