Lo único bueno de este hotel es que tiene una buena ubicación y que esta limpio.

Cons:

El desayuno y la cama son de lo mas importante de un hotel y son lo PEOR que este hotel ofrece. La cama son dos individuales juntas que toda la noche se despegan y el desayuno UN ASCO, no hay nada, puro pan dulce y aceitunas.

La struttura è fatiscente e assolutamente non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto. Il minibar era completamente vuoto: non era presente nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua.

Aprendo la finestra, la “vista” era su un tetto pieno di sporcizia, escrementi e perfino uccelli morti. Una situazione indecente e tutt’altro che igienica. Anche le lenzuola non sembravano completamente pulite.

Il servizio alla reception ha reso l’esperienza ancora più sgradevole: il receptionist aveva un atteggiamentoinopportuno e poco autentico, con modi che, invece di dimostrare attenzione verso il cliente, davano quasi la sensazione di essere presi in giro.

Ho documentato e segnalato immediatamente la situazione all’assistenza Booking, ma mi è stato negato qualsiasi rimborso, persino parziale, nonostante le condizioni riscontrate e il prezzo assurdo pagato.

Per 190 € a notte mi aspettavo almeno pulizia, decoro e un servizio rispettoso. Non ho trovato nulla di tutto questo. Una delle peggiori esperienze alberghiere mai avute: non tornerei e non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Pros:

The staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful. They were so nice. The room was very clean.

Cons:

On the listing it says airport shuttle. But that’s not the case. The train station is very near and easily accessible goes directly to and from the airport. But I didn’t know that and I thought there would be a shuttle.

Hospedagem na medida para quem vai andar o dia todo!
Pros:

A localização é ótima, muito próxima à estação de trem e do centro histórico de Roma, o que facilitou a realização de todos os passeios (fizemos à pé). O café da manhã era muito bom, mas podia ter frutas mais palatáveis como ameixas, pêssegos e uvas, pois só encontrava laranjas e kiwis. O chuveiro e o banheiro, em geral, era excelente!

Cons:

A cortina poderia ter um corta-luz para deixar o quarto mais escuro ao amanhecer. Há também um pouco de barulho na rua, devido a um bar/restaurante em frente, mas nada que incomode muito.
