There are hotels that are better value - similar cost but better amenities.
Pros:

The downstairs was pretty and the location is nice.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work very well to cool the whole room, just the space near the vent, even though the room was very small. I got a fan from the staff to blow the cool air toward the bed but it stopped working in the middle of the night. I left before breakfast was open and there was no way to get even a coffee before leaving.

Convenient location, secure and lots of restaurants close.
Pros:

We had a very warm welcome and got excellent advice from Fernandino (?). He made the check-in easy and later helped us ger oriented to the locale. Breakfast was very good and it is a nice, relaxed start to the day. The location is very good.

There are two very good national roman museums within walking distance. You can avoid the crowds and see some spectacular roman antiquities.

Cons:

Entry access is by card, so don't forget to bring it with you! However, there is always someone at the front desk to let you in. The hotel felt very secure. Guests were polite to each other.

Fantastico, loved it.
Pros:

The location, comfort of beds and bathroom were perfect. The AC was amazing. All members of staff were extremely friendly. Ferdinando was a star. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left made us feel like friends. A real asset to the hotel. Our room was at the front of the hotel and yes there was noise from outside at night but not once did it stop us from sleeping. We couldn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms either. Also never had an issue with getting back into the hotel at any point of the day or night as you leave your key at reception. Perfect location for Roma Termini and all attractions are within easy reach on foot. Never felt unsafe even when walking at night. We would happily stay there again

Funcionários bem atenciosos, localização privilegiada: próximo a estação de trem principal (Termini), metrô, muitos restaurantes na mesma rua

Cons:

Custo benefício não vale, quarto que ficamos super simples, ar condicionado parecia desregulado. Talvez o preço seja apenas pela localização
