Il personale é stato accogliente, gentile, molto disponibile e molto informato sui posti e le attrazioni. La posizione dell‘hotel era centrale, ho potuto visitare la città a piedi senza problemi e anche molto vicina alla stazione, non dovendo spendere troppo denaro per un paio di giorni di visita.

Cons:

La stanza e il bagno in cui sono capitata erano strette, ma tutto sommato ci sono stata solo per dormire e lavarmi. Quindi anche se un po‘ ristretto, per ciò che dovevo fare, andava bene.

El vuelo se retrasó y llegamos al aeropuerto a las 23:40. El dueño me llamó insistentemente al móvil para decirme que el check-in era hasta las 00:00 y que, si no llegábamos a tiempo, nos quedaríamos en la calle, a pesar de que el anuncio indicaba recepción 24 h. Tuvimos que ir corriendo en taxi, aunque ya teníamos billetes de bus comprados.

Al llegar, la sorpresa fue aún peor: nos informan de que la habitación no tenía baño privado, sino compartido, algo que no aparecía claramente en la descripción. Entramos en la habitación y era un auténtico desastre: muebles rotos, cama hundida, paredes sucias… un drama.

El baño compartido era diminuto, imposible para una persona de tamaño normal, sin secador ni elementos básicos. Solo un váter y una ducha ridícula.

En España, un sitio así sería directamente ilegal. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Una auténtica basura a precio elevado. No volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

Not worth the expensive cost. Very old and dated accommodation. But host was nice and informative.

Very nice host. 15 min walk from Train station. Linens seemed clean. Received room with private bathroom in last minute request.

Cons:

Too expensive for such a dated establishment. Location wasn’t that great for such an up charge on room pricing. Carpet in the room was stained. Walls were very dirty and marked up. Old doors didn’t feel safe. Small room with no bed side tables for phones or other items. No space to open luggage without placing it in the old carpet. (we had two carry on bags and two back packs). No air conditioning. Very old. Didn’t feel fresh.

lamentable hôtel a sortir de vos listing allez vérifier sur place ,déçu , très en colère par booking

chambre de bonne taille moquette avec d énorme tache ,peinture craquelée sur les plafonds et murs ,pas de chauffage fenetre en bois simple vitrage impossible a fermer correctement ( 8 degrés extérieur probablement 12 dans la chambre), salle d eau au fond du couloir vitre casse sans chauffage . on a passe une seule nuit sur les 4 nuits réservées car arrive a l hotel a 23.35h . l hotel si on peut appeler un hotel est situe au 3 etage d un immeuble de bureau . j ai repris 3 nuits dans un autre hotel de qualite .debut de sejour lamentable resultat 830 € d hotel suplementaire et 480€ - 1 nuit d occupation sans se laver car a 8 degres dans la salle de bain je souhaiterez un dedomagement ou un avoir pour un prochain voyage je peux vous transferer la facture du second hotel

Amazing overall.
Pros:

I highly recommend this place to stay at if you’re going for a vacation to rome. I stayed with my sister for 5 nights coming from canada, and i’ll summarize the main points. Location wise it was great and close to the main attractions; specifically trevi and spanish steps. Cleanliness it was amazing super clean and they gave new towels every day. The staff were also so kind and helpful, special thank you to the front desk man and even more to the lady who cleaned our room and brought down a shirt we had left after checking out, very kind of her! 10/10 recommend!!!
