En general, el alojamiento está bastante , el personal era muy agradable y atento, y el autobús que te lleva hasta el centro de Benidorm a la playa y te recoge para volver al Hotel que encima es gratuito.

Cons:

El tema del ascensor que había tres, pero uno no funcionaba y teníamos que esperar mucho para poder subir hasta la planta que teníamos.

Would stay again
Pros:

Staff great, facilities great, local bus service put on free by the hotel to get to the beach. Would stay again.

Cons:

Food was average, says four star hotel but would say more a three star, room had general wear and tear from over time, bathroom had black mould in the silicone around the edge, cigarette nubs found in balcony. Didn’t affect the use of the room but definitely needs an upgrade.

Everything was good about the hotel it self

Cons:

Unfortunately some guests who are not coming in till 4 am thought it was OK to have music blaring out for the next hour or so on their balcony. When asked to quieten down was told to F off. Mentioned to reception and same happened the following 2 nights

Sobe su ciscene svakodnevno, menjana posteljina hrana odlica i za dorucak i veceru.

Jako malo suncobarana i lezaljki oko bazena, uzbrdica na kojoj se nalazi hotel ali postoji autobus koji vozi do plaze i pocetka setalista.

The food was good. Pool is very nice and view from balcony is nice.

It was noisy. The room next to the elevator was not good because people were walking around all night, talking very loudly, and slamming doors. I understand that this is a place for parties, but it would be nice if guests were reminded of the house rules.

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived; there was sand and dirt on the floor, which I had to wipe myself. If you are looking to relax and cleanliness is important to you, then this place is probably not for you.

Decent hotel but read the reviews
Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean but the rooms are tired and in need of a refurb.

The air conditioning in the room was good (I had to change the mode from fan to cool by pressing the M button).

The pool area is nice and clean, but be early if you want a decent lounger. Be prepared to battle the lounger reservers.

The courtesy bus down and up the hill the hotel is on is handy, but no good if you’re out past 20:30.

Breakfast was one of the best selections I’ve seen in a Benidorm hotel so far, and all the food was well cooked, fresh and tasty.

Cons:

Check-in took longer than I’d like, around 20 minutes, even though it was all pre-paid etc.

It’s nearly impossible to get a lift during busy times, and when one does stop, it only has a capacity for four people and is usually full.

The hill is annoying to walk up and down if the bus isn’t running.

There were a lot of rowdy groups when we stayed, with people knocking on room doors all hours of the night, kicking their own doors to wake friends up and even throwing mattresses off the balconies. While it’s not directly the hotel’s fault, your mileage may vary.
