Inmejorable
Pros:

La verdad estábamos asustadas por las malas valoraciones que tenía este hotel y nos sorprendió para bien . El recepcionista y el personal del buffet un 10 . Una atención insuperable en todos los sentidos. Los ascensores iban bien no tardaban muchísimo o estaban rotos como pone en otras reseñas . La habitación era grande con una terraza grande , con calefacción , TV , cama cómoda , ducha … Inmejorable . Todo funcionaba bien y estaba limpio la verdad , las chicas de la limpieza lo dejaron todo muy bien también . Nos dejaron llevar a dos perros con 15 euros de suplemento si no recuerdo mal y nos daban un kit para cada uno ( llevabolsas i comedero/bebedero portatil) monísimos los dos . Luego reservamos el buffet por 8 euros un bufet completisimo la verdad . Tienen yogurt y batidos de diferentes tipos caseros , fruta , tostadas , embutidos , complementos para todos super sanos ( pipas , pasas , frutas deshidratadas …) hay muchísimas opciones para elegir . También hay chocolate con churros y tortilla casera . Lo único que no me gustó fueron los zumos que ninguno era natural la verdad . Cada noche hacían un espectáculo diferente que estaba muy bien en la parte del bar lo que es un puntazo y por último tienen una piscina cubierta GRATUITA i que esta super super bien . El hotel es más que perfecto la verdad y se merece mas estrellas de las que tiene desde nuestro punto de vista .
El hotel está lejos de la playa poniente pero tienen un bus que te lleva

No me gustó que los zumos del desayuno eran artificiales , ósea ninguno era natural por el resto muy bien
La ubicación , es un hotel que está lejos de la playa poniente si te gusta andar está bien pero sino tienes un autobús que te lleva por lo que está lejos pero tampoco es una gran desventaja

Pros:

The hotel is close to everything although the shuttle rarely appears so it's not great for those with mobility issues.

Cons:

The indoor pool is not heated which seems like a waste.

The sauna needs to be activated by reception which takes a long time and seems somewhat unnecessary.

The rooms are fine but basic and the hotel overall could do with a face-lift.

La limpieza era impecable, la piscina cubierta para esta temporada un 10/10, un plus genial es el autobús que te acerca a la playa cada 20 minutos y el personal muy atentos, muy amables y el desayuno tienen un bufet con amplia variedad para todos los gustos.

Cons:

Lo único fue que íbamos en pareja de luna de miel y nos tocó una habitación con dos camas pequeñas divididas.

👎 Estimados señores,

Por medio de la presente, deseo expresar formalmente mi profunda insatisfacción con los servicios y la calidad ofrecidos durante mi estancia en su hotel, el cual está clasificado como un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas.

En primer lugar, la limpieza de la habitación no ha sido adecuada ni acorde a los estándares esperados. El servicio de limpieza se presentaba cada día a diferentes horas, abriendo la puerta sin una organización clara, lo cual resulta incómodo y poco profesional para los huéspedes.

Asimismo, la ropa de cama no se ha cambiado diariamente, algo que considero inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría.

Por otro lado, solicité una plancha, y se me informó que debía dejar un depósito de 20 euros para poder utilizarla. De igual manera, para acceder a la sauna, también se exige un pago por adelantado. Este tipo de condiciones no corresponden al nivel de servicio que debería ofrecer un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Además, en la habitación no se proporcionaron artículos básicos de cortesía, como cepillo y pasta de dientes, elementos que suelen estar incluidos en establecimientos de esta categoría.

En general, la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de las expectativas ni de la clasificación del hotel. Por todo lo expuesto, considero necesario que se revisen y mejoren estos aspectos para garantizar un servicio acorde a los estándares que se anuncian.

Quedo a la espera de una respuesta y de una solución adecuada.
