Pros:

The staff where polite and helpful there is a shuttle that takes you to the bottom of the hill and you can get it back up to the hotel the shuttle times are at reception and I the elevators

Het ontbijt was goed, het bed lag lekker en het personeel was vriendelijk

Cons:

De kamer was oud en te veel gebruikt; hoofdeinde bed afgebladderd, gaten in het bad, plinten in badkamer die helemaal vergaan waren.

Het was ontzettend lawaaiig, zowel binnen als buiten op het balkon door zowel luide muziek als heel veel dronken en onbeschofte britten.

Hotel decepcionante.
Pros:

No me gustó el hotel para ser de 4 estrellas dejaba mucho q desear en todo y sobre todo la limpieza que da asco y las instalaciones q se vienen abajo.

Cons:

Nada me gustó, pelos en los baños y camas, ropa de anteriores huéspedes, comida en el minibar ademas de moho, el pomo de la puerta del baño me la quedé en la mano rota, moho en las paredes, puertas rotas, no pasaban a limpiar ni cambiar toallas (teníamos q pedirlas nosotros en recepcion), comida repetitiva, en conclusión decepcionante jamás estuve en un hotel mas malo en mi vida.
