Nettes Hotel in sehr guter lage für einen Kurzurlaub in Valencia
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, um die Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Valencia zu erkunden. Gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Uns hat das Cafe la Placita schräg gegenüber gut gefallen. Das Hotel bietet selbst einen herrvorragenden Mittagstisch im eigenen Restaurant zu einem fairen Preis an. Abends ist es meist ruhig, obwohl es tagsüber eine belebte Umgebung ist. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut, bietet aber für längere Aufenthalte nicht genug Abwechslung.

Cons:

Wir waren für 12 Tage im Hotel und damit die absolute Ausnahme. Fast alle Gäste blieben nur für 1 oder 2 Nächte. Das Hotel hatte sich darauf eingestellt und bot für das recht gute aber doch überschaubare Frühstücksbüffet jeden Tag absolut die gleiche Auswahl ohne die geringste Variation an. Das wurded uns irgendwann zu langweilig und wir haben dann mit selbst mit gebrachten Sachen aufgebessert, Auch die Reinigungskräfte hatten sich wohl darauf eingestellt und nur die Betten gemacht aber das Zimmer nicht geputzt. Erst nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde unseres dann geputz.

Lovely hotel, great location, modern design, delicious breakfast!
Pros:

My stay was great! The employees were very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, the rooms are large and nicely decorated and I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of Valencian delicacies.

La posizione strategica, le camere sempre pulite e sistemate, è super collegata al centro a piedi, e per spostarsi con il servizio pubblico con le fermate vicine sia metro che bus.

attitude très décevante et peu honnête de la réception de l'hôtel
Pros:

la localisation à 15 mn du centre historique. le ptit restaurant sur la petite place à côté de l'hôtel est fréquenté par les locaux uniquement et très agréable et fort bon.

Cons:

après la sortie de mon véhicule suite à une nuit dans leur parking, nuit payé par mes soins, l'établissement a essayé de me surfacturer 50 € pour une carte de parking qui a été rendue, d'après eux, trop tard alors que j'avais prévenu de l'éventuel délai. Plus grave encore aucun document ne communiquait sur l'éventualité d'un sur facturation en cas de retard. c'est donc une démarche totalement illégale (pas de contrat signé ou de CGV) et anti commerciale. Méfiez vous !
