Categories

Cleanliness
8.7
Generally reported as clean in many reviews ("pulita", "todo muy limpio", "instalaciones impecables"), though a few guests noted issues: one said cleaning was only just sufficient and another mentioned a strong smell of cleaning product.
Service
9.3
Consistently praised: numerous mentions of very friendly, helpful and attentive reception staff (named staff praised, described as "carinissimi", "muy muy majos", 'sensacional'). Service is a strong positive across reviews.
Location
9.2
Location repeatedly praised as excellent, central and convenient (near city centre, opposite botanic garden, quiet road just outside city walls, good transport links). A few noted the pedestrian plaza with homeless people may be less suitable for families.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms often described as spacious, stylish and comfortable with large beds, but several specific negatives: old mattress and hard pillows, some rooms small for four people, weak shower pressure, occasional noise due to lack of window glazing.
Amenities
8.9
Amenities are well-equipped in many reviews (AC, frigobar/minibar, hairdryer, kettle, parking). Some issues reported: intermittent WiFi problems and at least one report of an AC outlet/blow problematic.
Value for Money
8.2
Several guests explicitly called it good value ('Bom custo benefício', 'rapporto qualità prezzo ideale'), while a minority felt it did not justify the price paid, so overall slightly above average.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast was described as varied and abundant by multiple guests, positive restaurant/breakfast arrangements noted; however there are isolated negatives (poorly chilled items, mention of rotten tomatoes) so modestly positive overall.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall sentiment is strongly positive: many guests highly recommend the hotel, describe a wonderful/stylish stay and express willingness to return. Minor issues reported did not outweigh the generally excellent experiences.

Grandioser Aufenthalt
Pros:

Great hotel in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Perfect location with nice rooms and amenities.

Cons:

The bed only had a sheet, without any type of comforter. This was fine as it was warm when we stayed but I would have much preferred the option if a larger blanket.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Rooms were beautiful and the staff was so incredibly helpful. The location, while a bit of a walk from the city center, was still perfect. Very quiet and easy to find.

Pros:

Lovely cheerful Receptionist Carmin, was so helpful throughout our stay

Cons:

the breakfast was poor, the hot food was like warm and hardly anything there so just settled for toast and jam.
