Die Buchung und der gesamte Ablauf haben problemlos funktioniert. Unsere Suite war komfortabel, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Besonders positiv möchten wir den freundlichen Rezeptionisten erwähnen, der sich bemüht hat, uns trotz des Problems mit der Klimaanlage zu helfen und uns einen großen Standventilator zur Verfügung stellte. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage in unserer Suite während unseres Aufenthalts nicht – bei Außentemperaturen von etwa 36–38 °C war das sehr unangenehm. An der Rezeption wurde uns zunächst erklärt, die Direktion habe die Klimaanlage zentral auf 23–24 °C eingestellt. Von einem anderen Servicemitarbeiter erfuhren wir später jedoch, dass die Anlage aufgrund eines technischen Defekts nicht reguliert werden konnte und dieser noch nicht behoben worden war. Hier hätten wir uns von Anfang an eine offene und eindeutige Information gewünscht.

Отель находится близко к ЖД вокзалу и авто вокзалу. К основным достопримечательностям можно дойти пешком. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

Avant de nous demander de payer la bouteille d'eau du mini frigo de la chambre (gratuites partout ailleurs dans les hôtels en Italie) veillez déjà à nettoyer correctement la chambre (nous avons trouvé des chaussettes sales, une pince à cheveux par terre laissant penser que le ménage n'avait pas été fait !!) et à changer les matelas (en piteux état avec les ressorts dans le dos) !!
Cabine douche posée sans intégration dans la salle de bains !
Un conseil ? Ne réservez pas !

Está en el límite de donde podes llegar con el auto. Hay un estacionamiento con precio especial. El desayuno es bueno

Een ideale verblijfplaats in Bologna, alleen voor het hotel zou ik niet terugkomen.
Pros:

Ideale ligging van het hotel tussen het centrum van de stad en het station. Dit maakt dit hotel een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Bologna.

Cons:

De bedden zijn veel te hard! Ook zou een pasjessysteem beter werken om de kamer af te sluiten.

Tuvimos 3 cambios de habitación en 3 noches, si les dan la 106, 107 o 101 digan que no, no anda el AA en ninguna, la 107 además tiene una tercera cama que es un catre y se lo dieron a un adulto de más de 100hg le duelen las cervicales y cintura, la 101 el baño se inunda al bañarte
El desayuno mediocre, espacio chico y sin aire, ponen un ventilador para una habitación particular
1 solo ascensor, cuando tenes que salir y están haciendo los cuartos y limpiando, olvídate …. Anda x escaleras. Si está cerca de terminal, pero vale más la pena pagar un poco más e ir a otro

Ottimo soggiorno dietro la stazione
Pros:

La cordialità del personale cordiale, plurilingue è attento. Viaggiavo con il cane e l'auto nuova, mi sono sentita al sicuro anche nel parcheggio controllato. Checkout alle ore 11 super comodo! Trattoria da Romano consigliata in hotel ottima. Grazie!

Soggiorno piacevole grazie alla posizione strategica vicina alla stazione e al centro
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e ci sono diversi aspetti positivi da evidenziare. Innanzitutto la posizione è eccellente: si trova a due passi dalla stazione dei treni ed è a breve distanza dal centro di Bologna. Pur non offrendo una vista panoramica, la zona è estremamente silenziosa e tranquilla, permettendo di riposare benissimo senza rumori.
Un altro punto molto apprezzato è stata la flessibilità per i bagagli: mi è stato permesso di lasciarli in custodia per diverse ore sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, un servizio comodissimo per potersi godere la città in libertà. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la scelta di prodotti era un po' limitata, ma il caffè era davvero ottimo. La reception è attiva H24.

Cons:

Cuscini extra: Mi era stato promesso che li avrei trovati o avuti in camera, ma purtroppo non sono mai arrivati.
Colazione: Come accennato, la scelta dei prodotti è risultata un po' ristretta.
Gestione delle chiavi: Ho trovato un po' fastidioso dover ritirare e consegnare la chiave fisica alla reception ad ogni singolo ingresso ed uscita. Capisco che la reception sia attiva h24 (forse c'era un problema temporaneo con le tessere/chiavi elettroniche) e che questo metodo eviti di far perdere la chiave al cliente, tuttavia la procedura alla lunga risulta poco comoda.
Tassa di soggiorno: L'ho trovata un po' alta.
