Pros:

Dirty and expensive, long stairs with no life cause big problem for someone like me who has mobility needs. Location is good though.

Pros:

Well placed by the station and within good walking distance of various sights in Florence. Breakfast was continental and ample. My only reservation is the noise that emanates from the breakfast area very early in the morning with doors banging. We were in a room right next to the area.

Et greit litt slitent hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Rommet vårt var stort nok, men det et et gammelt hotell så det er rimelig lytt. Frokosten er enkel og grei.

Our room opened up to a courtyard. We were shown to our room and shown the amenities. Loved the little complimentary slippers. Good location. Google maps has address incorrect.

Un fine settimana a Firenze.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella. Hotel senza problemi, pulitissimo con buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale è stato molto gentile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Colazione ottima e abbondate. Sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento se tornerEmo a Firenze.

Quando chegamos ofereceram nos um quarto melhor do que tinha reservado, tivemos um upgrade sem pagar! Otima localização (3min da estação S.M.N e mesmo na praça S.M.N)! Bem recebidos com recomendações onde comer e viver da melhor maneira Florença. Bom sinal wifi

Não tem elevador e o pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade.
Nem todos os recepcionistas falam inglês.
