Pros:

Le confort de la literie et l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le personnel était vraiment accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

Les personnes de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre étaient bruyantes un matin, sans doute des enfants mais ce n'était pas bien grave.

Buena atención y precio, pero con aspectos mejorables
Pros:

- La atención en recepción fue excelente. Tristán fue muy amable, resolutivo y además habla varios idiomas, lo que facilita mucho la comunicación si vienes de fuera.
- La cama es bastante cómoda, con almohadas perfectas y un tamaño ideal para descansar bien.
- El precio es económico, lo que lo convierte en una opción aceptable si buscas algo barato.

Cons:

- Desde la entrada hay un fuerte olor a fritanga, probablemente procedente del restaurante chino de al lado, que está presente a cualquier hora.
- No hay ascensor (y no se informaba al reservar), lo que puede ser un problema si te alojas en plantas altas y llevas equipaje pesado, pues las escaleras son bastantes estrechas.
- Los pasillos son estrechos y se escucha bastante el ruido.
- La habitación es muy básica: no hay armario (solo un perchero) ni minibar.
- El baño tiene un olor bastante desagradable, más intenso que el de la entrada.
- El baño es pequeño y, aunque la ducha está bien, falta jabón de manos.

Da lavorare maggiormente per migliorare i servizi in struttura!!!

La posizione, la pulizia e l’accoglienza da parte di Tristan.

Cons:

-Ingresso con parecchio odore di cibo speziato;
-camera deluxe ultimo piano (quarto) senza ascensore, con bagno all’ingresso della stanza e per andare in camera da letto ancora gradini (scomodo e pericoloso, qualora ti svegli durante la notte per andare in bagno, assonnato)
-lavandini estremamente piccoli che per farsi la barba o lavarsi il viso, viene giù acqua ovunque;
-sapone liquido mancante nel bagno dove presente il wc;
- non presente il frigobar in camera;
- pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Mein „daheim“ in Paris
Pros:

Super zentral. Schön renovierte Zimmer, tolles bequemes Bett. Sehr nettes Personal. Ich komme seit Jahren zwei mal im Jahr zur Fashion Week nach Paris und übernachte immer hier. Für mich ist es perfekt.

Voici une version professionnelle de votre retour d'expérience :

"Nous souhaitons faire part de notre expérience concernant un séjour récent. L'établissement est situé directement sous un restaurant chinois, ce qui a malheureusement entraîné des odeurs de cuisine persistantes et perceptibles sur les trois premiers étages.

Concernant la chambre, plusieurs points nécessitent une attention particulière :
* Les toilettes présentaient des dépôts de calcaire importants.
* La douche, bien que d'apparence neuve, était dépourvue de receveur adéquat.
* L'évacuation du lavabo était pleins résidus.
* L'éclairage de l'escalier menant à la chambre était défectueux, et sur les ampoules présentes, seule une avait été remplacée.

Lorsque ces problèmes ont été signalés, le réceptionniste a indiqué que certaines de ces situations étaient considérées comme "normales".

Au vu du tarif appliqué, la qualité des prestations s'est avérée très en deçà de nos attentes. Nous ne recommanderions pas cet établissement."
