Pros:

Location was fantastic

Cons:

Requested taxis at reception, they confirmed with me but no taxi. Pre booked and confirmed pickup at airport but didn't happen, most of the staff are incompetent.

No parking at all! Uncomfortable stairs! Rude staff! Dirty room with disgusting smell! Recommend to avoid to have nice impression about this wonderful city!

Boa localização mas ressalvas quanto acessibilidade.
Pros:

Excelente localização, 2 quadras do Louvre
Cama e roupa de cama confortável
Possui ar condicionado no quarto embora nao tenha frigobar.
Tem um carrefour embaixo do hotel bem como excelentes restaurantes.

Cons:

A falta de clareza nas fotos.
Reservei um quarto com fotos de banheiro que nao condizem com a realidade. Banheiro bem menor do que a foto.
Quarto extremamente pequeno, nao da para abrir malas
E principalmente- nao tem elevador. Para chegar na recepção você ja pega escadas que são estreitas.
Nao possuem ninguém para ajudar. Não me ajudaram nem no check in nem chekout. Desci com 4 malas.
Que esse fique claro para as pessoas.
E não possuem frigobar no quarto.
Café da manhã não recebi a sacola de breakfast tb.

Ich hatte kein Frühstück gebucht, das Zimmer war gut, Bad ganz neu, die Lage Nähe Louvre und Oper war sehr gut

La cercanía con los sitios de interés y la facilidad para encontrar lugares donde comer muy cerca

Cons:

Al segundo día luego del aseo en la habitación, salía un mal olor del baño que contaminaba la habitación, era un olor a alcantarilla desagradable

Pros:

Очень дружелюбный мужчина на ресепшене. Отличное месторасположение. Номер сам самый обычный, но если вам только переночевать- отличный вариант.

Pros:

Posizione strategica (a pochi passi da più linee del metrò) in un quartiere delizioso, stile personale e accattivante, camera tripla non grande ma confortevole e ben insonorizzata dall'esterno. Molto apprezzato lo staff: Daria è stata molto carina e disponibile ad aiutarci quando abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata, e Tristan è stato prezioso nell'aiutarci a recuperare oggetti smarriti in camera.

Cons:

Non ho sentito la mancanza dell'ascensore, ma capisco che per qualcuno possa essere un problema. E non so cosa fosse quel ronzio che sentivo ogni tanto di notte, forse la pompa di condensa del climatizzatore? Però mi sono addormentato lo stesso :)
