"Nous souhaitons faire part de notre expérience concernant un séjour récent. L'établissement est situé directement sous un restaurant chinois, ce qui a malheureusement entraîné des odeurs de cuisine persistantes et perceptibles sur les trois premiers étages.

Concernant la chambre, plusieurs points nécessitent une attention particulière :
* Les toilettes présentaient des dépôts de calcaire importants.
* La douche, bien que d'apparence neuve, était dépourvue de receveur adéquat.
* L'évacuation du lavabo était pleins résidus.
* L'éclairage de l'escalier menant à la chambre était défectueux, et sur les ampoules présentes, seule une avait été remplacée.

Lorsque ces problèmes ont été signalés, le réceptionniste a indiqué que certaines de ces situations étaient considérées comme "normales".

Au vu du tarif appliqué, la qualité des prestations s'est avérée très en deçà de nos attentes. Nous ne recommanderions pas cet établissement."

הכי מרכזי שיש ,ברובע הראשון. ליד מוזאון די בורסה ופאלה רויאל.. כמה דקות הליכה מהלובר ומגני טווילרי. מלא חנויות ומסעדות למטה.
חדר נקי ונראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות.

רשום שיש פטיו. אבל אין.
לקחת בחשבון שזה מלון ללא מעליות. קיבלתי חדר בקומה הכי אחרונה וזה מתיש. מה שטוב שהם עזרו לי עם המזוודות. חוץ מזה הכל בסדר גמור

Lovely short break in Paris in a very clean, centrally located hotel, with lovely staff.

Clean, comfortable and great location.

Cons:

By the very nature of the building there are a lot of stairs, we hard work after walking round Paris all day. We were ok but anyone with mobility issues should take this into account. Our room (45) was lovely but also had a flight of stairs in it with the toilet at the bottom of the stairs, so if you needed the toilet through the night it was a bit difficult to get down the stairs and not wake the other person.

A localização é a melhor pontuação do hotel!

Cons:

Não tem elevador, então temos que subir as escadas com mala, e são escadas bem estreitas.
O ar condicionado não funcionou, passamos muito calor.
Os carpetes cheiravam forte
E passava muito barulho para os quartos, tanto da rua como de quem se hospedava em cima, escutavamos os passos dos hóspedes de cima.
