In Bahnhof Nähe.... der Rezeptionist konnte mehrere Sprachen ....wir konnten früher einchecken als gegeben.

Cons:

Der TV ging nicht , die Aussicht war miserabel( man konnte nur die gegenüberliegenden Hotelzimmer sehen. Waschbecken kurz vorm einbrechen...

Ben uitgegleden bij uitstappen douche , wcdeksel gebroken en zelf 2 gebroken ribben . Deksel heb ik niet moeten betalen. Kreeg ijs om 04u30 want wakker v de pijn . Laat aan het ontbijt, zijn speciaal croissantjes gaan bijhalen. Supervriendelijk personeel! Toplocatie, dicht bij alles. 38€/persoon logies en ontbijt en dat voor centrum Parijs

Geen voetmat voor douche . Geen airco maar dat weet je op voorhand, wel mobiele ventilator .

Está bien ubicado cerca de dos estaciones de tren y una parada de metro para llegar en 15-20 minutos a la torre Eiffel. El personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

La habitación no se correspondía para nada con ninguna de las fotos de Booking. Era muy vieja, llena de humedades, el papel del techo saltado, la habitación era un horno, el baño a Cleopatra le habría parecido vintage...
Pone que hay ascensor y lo hay pero está entre la planta 0 y la 1 y las paradas son entre plantas todas así que vale para muy poco...

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Gate du Nord und ist somit sehr praktisch .
ACHTUNG: meine Hotelbewertung richtet sich nach dem Preis. Ist das Hotel preiswert macht sich dies auch i in der Bewertung bemerkbar. Ist der Preis sehr hoch, sind auch meine Ansprüche sehr hoch. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Frühstücksraum angeboten und entspricht dem Preis.

Ужасный отель, который совершенно не соответствует заявленному уровню. Номер был грязный, липкий и с ужасным неприятным запахом. Постельное бельё было грязным. С потолка капала вода. В номере и отеле постоянно было очень шумно: соседи кричали и шумели, а персонал на это совершенно не реагировал. Лифт не работал.

Но самое возмутительное — информация о парковке. В описании отеля было указано, что имеется парковка, однако на самом деле нормальной парковки у отеля нет. Мне пришлось отдельно оплачивать крытый паркинг по 50 евро в сутки. В итоге из-за этой недостоверной информации я дополнительно потратил 150 евро!

Это абсолютно недопустимо. Грязь, неприятный запах, шум, неработающий лифт, полное отсутствие реакции персонала и, вдобавок, вводящая в заблуждение информация о парковке. За такие деньги я ожидал хотя бы элементарных условий и честного описания услуг. Крайне не рекомендую этот отель и считаю, что заявленная информация о парковке должна быть исправлена.

Près de la gare du Nord

Cons:

Première bonne nouvelle contrairement à tout ce que j’avais vu : pas de punaise de lit. Literie propre, la chambre en soit était tout juste correcte pour une nuit. Néanmoins, on y trouve pas le repos : du bruit (fort) toute la nuit entre les autres visiteurs et le personnel, il y avait constamment des mouvements, des gros claquements de portes, des bruits comme si on tapait dans les murs… jusqu’à 4h du matin

Hôtel insalubre. Tout petit ventilateur qui était cassé dans la chambre. J’ai oublié mon porte monnaie avec du liquide au comptoir en arrivant, je me le suis fait voler. À FUIR !

Hotel dobrze zlokalizowany, trochę zaniedbany za to cena to w zupełności rekompensuje.
Pisać o tym hotelu i nie wspomnieć o Fabio, którego spotkacie w recepcji to zdecydowanie grzech.
Człowiek, chodząca encyklopedia Paryża o złotym sercu. Pomoże Ci odnaleźć się w tym mieście, jak się po nim poruszać, podpowie gdzie zjeść i co odwiedzić.
To naprawdę świetny gość, przyjazny, serdeczny i bardzo pomocny, można i warto pogadać z nim o wszystkim :)
Warto odwiedzić ten hotel, choćby właśnie dla możliwości poznania go i pogadania z nim.
Opinie o braku czystości są moim zdaniem przesadzone, może kiedyś, teraz jest ok
