Hotel Acquaverde

Very bad!!!

Ci sono stato per una sola notte, per fortuna. Ero di passaggio per un viaggio ben più lungo... la zona è centrale. Unico problema è che le stanze non sono esattamente quanto promesso!

Das einzig Positive ist die zentrale Lage....Alles andere sehr enttäuschend. SCHADE

Comodo Hotel vicino alla stazione, comodo per spostamenti verso altre località e verso il centro tramite la metro. Il quartiere in se lascia molto a desiderare, pericoloso la sera. Camera pulita ma abbastanza rumorosa e con cattivo odore persistente. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. In generale per il prezzo pagato può andare.

ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla stazione, stanza grande e silenziosa peccato per l'aria condizionata fuori uso e l'asciugacapelli poco funzionale.

Vecchio, sporco e stantio, colazione scarsa e con prodotti industriali scadenti. Molto scomoda la reception su un altro piano rispetto alle camere.

Céntrico, tren a dos pasos, personal muy amables, habitación correcta y muy buen precio

Una visita alla città di Genova ammirando i capolavori della Superba e assaporando le specialità locali rapiti dall' atmosfera del centro storico passeggiando lungo i caratteristici caruggi.

O hotel era bem ok, mas dentro do esperado. O quarto é pequeno, as camas postas lado a lado com pouco espaço entre elas, e um grande armário. Havia frigobar, mas não funcionava então nos permitiram deixar algumas coisas na cozinha do hotel.
O banheiro é realmente muito pequeno, apertado, e a porta não trancava. Entretanto, está a poucos metros da estação Piazza Principe, o atendimento é muito bom, com funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. A wi-fi funciona bem e há tomadas a contento para a quantidade de pessoas (estive em quarto quádruplo). É uma região de centro, então não é uma região bonita, mas tem muitas opções para comer e chega-se facilmente a pé aos principais pontos de interesse turístico.
Achei curioso um pedido de desculpas na porta do quarto, pelas condições da infraestrutura do hotel. Explicam que este foi adquirido por um novo proprietário e passará por adequações.

A little difficult to find the hotel since the reception is on the second floor. Only stairs inside the door and had to push button to gave the door opened. The room was ok. Service was ok. Didn't eat the breakfast. Hotel was close to the train station which was the main requirement. Arriving late and leaving the next morning. Was fine for that purpose.

Bedbugs! I saw bedbugs in my first room, so they moved me to another. Even more bedbugs! I did some research and I am not the first to have complained about this issue! Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very close to railway station. We had the 6-bed room adjacent to reception. There was some noise as result of this but it didn't go on too late at night and there was no traffic noise. Very friendly service and room was very good with plenty of room for my wife, myself and our two teenage daughters.

This is slightly more an upmarket hostel than a traditional hotel and is great value if you want to stay in Genoa on a budget.
It is in walking distance of the main train station and within walking distance of the city centre and old port and the major sights.
THe rooms are clean and although bathrooms are shared they are well maintained and secure.
There is lift access, there are wireless internet acess points and wired intenet acces is also available.
