We had an early departure on the Eurostar and the location of this hotel could not of been better, just across the road.
The staff were very friendly and courteous.
Rooms were very dated but clean, luckily we were on 2nd floor not in a basement room.
The room was so hot we had to sleep with the window open, pillows need an upgrade they were very uncomfortable.
If you are not very mobile the very steep stairs would be unmanageable.
petit mais fonctionnel, avec check in online nous avons eu notre chambre à midi en arrivant du train.
Perfectly positioned just across the road from Kings Cross/St Pancras Station
Newly renovated property
Spotlessly clean
Super friendly and helpful receptionists both willingly helping me with my suitcase up/down the stairs
Nothing
Excellent location close to kings cross station but away from main road traffic noise. Friendly reception. Small but functional room. Good for a one night stop before travelling to Europe.
Although the mattress was comfy, the twin beds were too small for people of 6 ft or more.
Uitstekende locatie in rustige straat vlakbij King's Cross Station. Vriendelijk personeel 24/7 beschikbaar.
L'emplacement
La couverture n'était pas très large
The good: Perfect location, very kind and helpful staff, daily housekeeping with fresh coffee and water bottles every day. Surprisingly quiet considering the area and the construction work during my stay. The WiFi was reliable and there were plenty of power outlets, including USB ports and even European sockets.
The bad: The room could really use a mini fridge. There were not enough towels and some basic amenities were missing, such as toothbrushes and slippers, only soap and shower gel were provided. The shower drain was clogged when I arrived, but the staff reacted quickly and it was fixed the next day.
Steep stairs. We were booked at the 3rd floor. The hotel does not have a lift and the steps/stairs were very very steep. The man at the reception did not offer to assist us with our luggage.
Staff were excellent. Good location.
Room is a bit small for the price.
Big construction site next door that is quite loud
Even though in the middle of London very quiet room, we slept well. Welcoming staff. Good location for onward travel. Nice Italian restaurant nearby too.
We were looking for a clean room, close to King's Cross, safe, and relatively quiet. Oh, and close to an Anytime Fitness. This room fit the bill perfectly. The staff were delightful and very helpful. This was my first night in London after a transAtlantic flight so it was my "adjust" day and it worked out well. The beds were comfy and the "Quad room" gave us lots of room for the two of us to spread out.
It was what I expected, but the carpet and finishings are basic. But I didn't expect anything fancy. The area is very pricey so I was glad to find something that wasn't outrageous. There was some construction on the building across the street but it wrapped up by 7PM and started about about 8AM.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours
Le personnel est au petit soins , l’hôtel est propre et très bien placé .
Je recommande vivement cet endroit
Encore un grand merci au personnel pour avoir tout fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien .
Location
Small cramped room
I booked the location because if it’s proximity to the train station.
My wife and I have been traveling for seven weeks and have to say that this is the smallest room, including a cabin on a ferry. We were given a basement room, which had constant rumbling from the underground to traffic. There’s a lack of format for the shower, one hand towel and no shampoo. I’m very disappointed in the room and will never book here again.
