Personale gentilissimo e disponibile; parcheggio comodissimo; tra l'altro praticamente attaccato c'è un ottimo ristorante/pizzeria pesce/carne con maxi schermo per le partite e sempre aperto (no giorno chiusura).
L'hotel è relativamente piccolo ma molto carino e curato, il bagno enorme e ben accessoriato, il tutto impeccabile.
NB io ero in "turismo sanitario" per un intervento agli occhi all'Ospedale dell'Angelo che è a meno di 5 minuti di auto; da li all'ospedale si può andare a piedi (meteo permettendo) o con l'autobus che ferma a pochi metri dall'albergo (chiedere indicazioni al personale dell'hotel); il taxi c'è ma è caruccio... .

Staying at Hotel Antico Moro was like staying with family, I felt at ease in a new city.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating and gave very clear instructions on how to travel to Venice smoothly so it made our stay convenient. The restaurants recommended to us which were beside the hotel were also superb. I would be happy to book this place again next time we come back.

Eccezionale e consigliatissimo. Ottimo connubio prezzo/qualità! 10 e lode allo staff.

Il Sig. Stefano ci ha assistiti egregiamente prima, durante e dopo la vacanza, offrendoci tanti consigli e informazioni utili che hanno agevolato gli spostamenti, ridotto i costi e deliziato il palato. La struttura molto bene collegata, dispone di camere confortevoli, terrazzate e di un ottimo servizio di colazione. La consiglio vivamente!!!

Niente, averli lasciati dopo solo due giorni, non mi è piaciuto!

O hotel é acolhedor de forma geral.
Pros:

Da simpatia da rececionista e do night auditor.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço vem a conta gotas sendo necessário solicitar que reponham.
O dono não foi simpático com nenhum membro do grupo tendo ate sido bastante rude quando uma das alunas tentou encher a garrafa com água no pequeno almoço.
O chuveiro dos quartos não tinha pressão e a água quase que vem fria...
