There was an Egyptian guy who was very kind and helpful.

Sobretodo la amabilidad de todo el personal, sobretodo de Moises camarero. Un trato excepcional por parte de todo el personal, en particular de él.

The location is good, and the room had a view to the street. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the bad smell in the corridor leading to our room, as well as the AC that made us sick, either too hot or too cold. The tiny elevator barely fits 2 people. The room is so tiny, I had to pay more for seperate beds and they were almost stick together so I don't know what was the point in that. I wouldn't come again.
