Good rooms, nice and clean, with lovely staff with some good restaurants nearby and very close to Trevi Fountain

Pros:

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Fontana di Trevi. The hotel was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff were incredibly kind and professional. Special thanks to Lorenzo (morning shift), who was outstanding and made our stay even more pleasant.

They also surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary, which we truly appreciated such a thoughtful touch.

I honestly have nothing negative to say. It was the best stay I’ve had in Rome so far, and I would 100% recommend it.

A pleasant stay with kind staff and a very good breakfast
Pros:

I really liked the breakfast , there was a great variety, from savory options (ham and eggs) to sweet ones (pancakes, cakes, and croissants), and fresh coffee as well. The reception was always open, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room and the entire place were clean and well maintained. There is also a supermarket nearby for some essentials and some restaurants.

Cons:

The elevator was very small and quite difficult to use when carrying luggage. The location is a bit far from the main station, especially if you have heavy bags, and it’s also not close to Termini, you need to take another metro to reach the place. I stayed in February, and at night it was quite warm, so I had to open the windows to sleep comfortably. The room was a bit small, and there wasn’t enough space for my luggage, so it felt crowded (I stayed in a single room). I also heard that there can be pickpockets around the area, but that’s probably similar to many big cities.
