La situación y el desayuno

Cons:

La atención en concreto de una persona que estaba por las mañanas en recepción, David. Hemos estado hace 10 años y salimos muy contentos y esta semana santa. La limpieza ha dejado mucho que desear. En cinco minutos hemos comprobado nosotros mismos como hacían la cama y limpian el baño, sin pasar ni aspiradora ni fregona. Creemos que en toda la semana no se ha pasado aspiradora a la habitación. Es más la mesa donde está la cafetera,. La hemos tenido que limpiar nosotros porque estaba todo pegoteado de café debajo de la máquina y de los pocillos. Los cristales que hay en los ventanales que dan a la calle también los hemos tenido que limpiar nosotros. El espejo del baño también lo hemos tenido que limpiar nosotros.
Consideramos que con el precio del alojamiento, y sobre todo, en un Hotel de cuatro estrellas, lo que debe imperar es la limpieza en las habitaciones.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff nice pool area

It was very stylish rooms were very nice

Cons:

It was a little bit further out than anticipated and although you had a coffee machine you weren’t able to make tea. Bit we went down at night and they did us a pot of hot water and some milk so wasn’t the end of the world

A Nice Hotel With Some Unfortunate Drawbacks
Pros:

The hotel is very nice- clean, etc. And the breakfast is good. My room faced the street across from the US Consulate and was way too loud. Cars passed by all night and there was loud talking that kept me up. Also, there is central heat/ air conditioning that could not be adjusted and the room was too hot. There was a window that could be opened but then it was even louder.

Приятный и дружелюбный персонал - при заезде не обнаружили в номере халаты и чайник (только кофемашину), но по запросу нам их предоставили без проблем. Красивый и просторный номер, очень приятная СПА зона с бассейном хорошего размера и сауной погреться. Отличное расположение, большинство достопримечательностей в получасе досягаемости, только до Ватикана ездили и на такси (остановка такси - 10м вниз по улице, до Ватикана нам обошлось EUR 16) и на метро (прямая линия без пересадок от станции Барберини), для детей очень рекомендую Зоопарк в парке Боргезе.

Cons:

Завтраки не очень понравились- выбор небольшой ( хотя голодными мы не уходили), никаких каш, вафли и блинчики есть, но холодные (по крайней мере в 9 утра), из овощей только огурцы и паприка/ кабачки на гриле (холодные), ни одного помидорчика ! Соки очень химические. Но был выбор десертов и они были вкусными и фрукты, особенно мандарины были замечательные :)

Fantastic stay! Lovely room, friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Rose Garden Palace. The room was modern, clean, spacious and well appointed. My daughter in particular loved the walk in wardrobe with great lighting and mirrors! Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location, in a nice, safe area, within walking distance of so many of Rome's amazing sights and eateries. The hotel breakfasts were pretty good too, with a good selection of gluten free things for me to eat. The pool and sauna were also a real treat. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend your hotel to others.
