Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Todos os funcionários muito receptivos, quarto amplo e muito limpo, café da manhã bem servido e fica num local bem tranquilo.

Очень приветливый персонал, все, начиная со стойки регистрации, персонал в ресторане, уборщицы стараются помочь решить любые возникающие вопросы. Чувствовали себя тепло и уютно, как в гостях у любящей итальянской бабушки. Месторасположение очень удобное. Удобно и быстро можно добраться к основным достопримечательностям. Но при этом нет шумных толп туристов под окнами. Рядом несколько очень вкусных ресторанов. Соотношение цена/качество очень разумное.

Pros:

The rooms and bathrooms were large and beautiful with high ceilings. Great location, walkable to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. For attractions go to the right but for good food go left. I had too much interaction with the front desk staff but they continued to smile and be helpful. I had a delicate situation at midnight and Alesio and Marzio went above and beyond to help me. I truly felt like family there.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included.

I don’t recommend it but it is not bad.
Pros:

It is decent hotel.

Cons:

The location isn’t good while the taxi is so expensive.
The staff doesn’t cooperate with customers.
I have arrived at 9:30 am and I have to pay 80€ for early check in even though I have sent a request before arriving.
It is bad experience. The hotel doesn’t have kettle or tea, the coffee in the room is part of the mini bar !!

Ottimo, ci torneremo!
Pros:

Ottima zona: da lì riuscivamo a spostarci comodamente ovunque a piedi, con Villa Borghese a pochi passi. La struttura si trova in un quartiere molto bello e tranquillo, lontano dal caos della città e frequentato da persone piacevoli.

L’hotel è moderno e ben curato: ci hanno persino fatto un upgrade gratuito a una suite davvero stupenda. Colazione abbondante, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Tutti gli ambienti erano sempre molto puliti e ben tenuti.

Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente la spa, aperta fino alle 22:00: tranquilla, pulita e perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, permettendoci anche di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Non c’è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Se proprio devo fare una piccola nota, avrei trovato molto piacevole poter cenare nel bellissimo giardino della struttura, che però non era ancora allestito per la stagione e quindi la cena veniva servita all’interno. Immagino sia dovuto al fatto che non fosse ancora alta stagione, ma sarebbe stato davvero un valore aggiunto vista la bellezza dello spazio esterno.
