An elegant and quiet place
Pros:

Locația liniștită și destul de aproape de Piazza Spagna, Fontana di Trevi sau Termini. Hotel elegant, finisaje de calitate, camere spațioase și luminoase, curățenie zilnic. Personal săritor, cu zâmbetul pe față tot timpul, am primit un upgrade la camera și detalii despre obiectivele de vizitat. Te pupam Francesca!
Piscina a fost binevenită după plimbările zilnice lungi.

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre mais au calme

Cons:

Rien si ce n’est des petites choses qui manquent pour un 4* : peignoirs pour l’espace spa…par exemple.
Manque de rangement malgré le dressing ou dans la salle de bain

Pros:

The spacious room was just perfect for a family of 3. The separate warderobe was amazing for storage. The sweets in the lobby waiting to check in and also in the room as a welcome was a nice touch. Very bright room and warm.

Cons:

All was just perfect for us.

Great hotel, room, location, team and facilities.
Pros:

Our room was large with a double bed and sofa bed, 2 windows with great views, a walk in wardrobe and the beds were very comfortable. Mine was the sofa bed & the mattress was so good. If you can let me know the make, I would defiantly buy one 😂. I messaged the hotel when booking to asked for the sofa bed to be made up as I was travelling with a friend and it was all ready when we arrived.
The location of the hotel was very good. The hop on-hop off Busses stop at the end of the road & the Spanish steps are only 10min walk. We felt safe to walk around at night. The hotel is opposite the American Embassy and the Nobu the hotel/restaurant is a few roads behind the hotel. There is also a little supermarket in the side road of the hotel, many local restaurants in the area.
We loved being able to get in the lift to the pool / gym. The reception team were all very helpful, especially David who made us laugh. It was not busy during our stay so we were happy we could use the pool and sauna at anytime. We had winter sun in Feb, so we had the windows open, listening to the birds & church bells.... Ciao Roma.

Cons:

We have nothing to add which we didn't like.

Ottima camera ma non adatto a viaggi business
Pros:

Il design della camera, la pulizia. La maggior parte dello staff e' molto disponibile.

Cons:

1. La spa è chiaramente poco manutenuta. Personalmente non sono riuscita a utilizzarla: la scarsa manutenzione si traduce anche in una sensazione di scarsa pulizia.

2. Il menu del ristorante potrebbe essere più vario e curato e, in generale, i prezzi sono alti rispetto a ristoranti in centro.

3. Sconsiglio l’hotel per viaggi di lavoro: nonostante lo staff sia stato molto gentile durante il soggiorno, dopo c’è stata molta rigidità nella gestione amministrativa. Hanno avuto difficoltà persino a correggere una fattura, nonostante avessi spiegato come ripartire le spese tra parte privata e parte business. Mi è stato detto che “non si possono modificare fatture già emesse”, cosa non vera: esiste la nota di credito proprio per questi casi.

Avrei scelto questo hotel per i miei frequenti viaggi di lavoro a Roma, ma la scarsa disponibilità sulla fatturazione mi porta a escludere di tornarci.

I loved the room which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything needed. The hotel is very well located and the room was very quiet.

Cons:

I have only one feedback about the restaurant and bar service: it would be nice if outside of lunch or breakfast hours we could still order some small plates/snacks
