Falta de resposta do hotel Arsus a uma reclamação feita por email diretamente ao hotel Arsus. A reclamação foi também feita através da Booking e não houve qualquer resposta do hotel Arsus. Vai ser feita reclamação às entidades reguladoras do turismo.

"Bom dia,
Escrevo para dizer que estou muito insatisfeito com o vosso hotel.
Os senhores sabiam da existência de obras e não disseram que o barrulho dessas obras não permite simplesmente dormir!
Às 8h de hoje começaram a picar o chão, faz trepidação e barrulho a entrar nosso quarto do primeiro andar. Maquinas a funcionar, camiões a ser carregados... impossível conseguir dormir.

Deviam ter avisado e nós não vinhamos para o vosso hotel. Notem que estamos no primeiro andar, logo acima das obras.

Também, este hotel tem grandes problemas de insonorização, houvem-se as pessoas a andar no quarto de cima e do lado a falar, de tal forma que até se percebem as conversas.
Quando os hóspedes dos outros quartos usam a casa de banho, nós que estamos no primeiro piso, houvimos a água a correr pelos canos e o barrulho das descargas do autoclismos.


Peço uma compensação.

Lembro que paguei 200 euros por noite e esta noite praticamente não dormimos.

Aguardo por uma compensação e espero que entendam que têm de avisar para estas condições anormais, que impedem um adequado serviço de alojamento

Maravilloso hotel en general: comodidad, limpieza, ubicación cerca de todo y atención impecable, en especial destacar a la recepcionista Laura, un encanto de persona. Totalmente recomendable.
