Authentiek hoteletje in een rustige, heel gezellige buurt van Venetie. Ideaal voor korte citytrip

Cons:

Authenticiteit maakt alles ook net wat minder ´netjes´. Een ouder gebouw heeft uiteraard ook zijn minpunten die er mee samengaan.

Great accommodation for a short stay
Pros:

The hosts were so nice and welcoming, informative, easygoing, just wonderful! The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood close to S. Lucia railway station, as well as the vaporetto. Good breakfast in a lovely garden behind the hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Es un hotel antiguo, con las comodidades justas para descansar, el personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno abundante, con mucho dulce (se hecha de menos algo salado, unos huevos, etc.), muy italiano el desayuno. El hotel se recomienda, está muy céntrico en la Venecia antigua, lo que crea un aire de romanticismo y experiencia auténtica. Lo más divertido, las palomas (descubranlo personalmente).

Pros:

The property ok, not great.
The host was very nice.
Bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, so you have to go up and down all the time.
Breakfast was toast and croissants, nothing fancy.
Overall it was ok for one night.

Cons:

Los colchones deberían haberlos cambiado hace años... imposible dormir. Las paredes llenas de restos de sangre de los mosquitos aplastados, en general el edificio necesita una reforma. El desayuno solo tiene opción de bollería, ni una fruta ni nada mas.

Over-priced tiny room
Pros:

The location was good and the front desk staff were friendly

Cons:

The room was tiny, old and very shabby. We paid an extortionate amount of money for a damp old room with no space to even hang a shirt up. Paint was peeling off walls and damp had split the toilet door frame. It needed a complete overhaul.
