Goof afternoon, it was terrible all around, mold everywhere in the bathroom, no hot water for 3 days!!!!!!! nobody at the desk most of the time, it was dirty all over i request full refund this is completely outrageous!!!

no muy buena, única ventaja la cercanía a Termini. Se supone que mi habitación tendría un baño privado y nos terminaron cobrando por eso, además que dos días no tuvimos agua caliente.

Assolutamente pessima.
L'unica forma di vita che vedi è il receptionist,ma soltanto alla consegna delle chiavi.
Dentro la camera il frigobar è vuoto,quindi ho dovuto chiedere una bottiglia d'acqua e per fortuna almeno quella ce l'avevano.
In bagno era presente solo il telo grande,gli altri 2 pezzi assenti.
Per farti la doccia devi chiedere di accendere lo scaldabagno altrimenti puoi farti una bella doccia fredda.
Oltre questo non offre nessun servizio,neanche un caffè appena ti svegli la mattina.
Per me questo "hotel" farebbe più figura se chiudesse perchè oltre al servizio scadente,lasciano il cliente da solo,se hai qualche imprevisto te lo risolvi.
Una cosa sicura è che non ci tornerò mai più.

Very old place hasn’t been updated. No ac. Very flat pillows. The washroom stank very bad. For the amount I paid to stay there not worth it at all. I would never stay there again. The only good thing about staying there was the location close to train station and near all the stuff for site seeing. Do not stay here. The smell is sooooo bad

Avoid this place at any costs. This was the worst stay ever. The guy at the reception tried to overcharge us for turist tax when he clearly knew the law. Beware abd don't get scammed. We didn't get the room we originally booked, even telling us not to contact Hotels customer service because he will do it.

Freezing room that only had one old heater that didn’t work properly, heating was only put on at certain times leaving the room ice cold. Mentioned to Receptionist who didn’t do anything about it. I and my son caught colds due to poor hygiene and temperature. The mattresses were stained and smelly and filthy duvets which stank heavily of smoke. Shower broken and inadequate hot water. heating .
I want a refund!!

We stayed 4nights n we knew we would have a packed day trips and we honestly only needed a good bed to sleep on to recharge. Property is old just like any other European budget friendly hotel. The staff was great and very helpful when we asked to check out at 5 am. If u just need a bed and can oversee the dated hotel room then I would recommend this.

Very friendly and helpful front office/reception! Clean room, plenty of linens and blankets. Convenient location!

It's a budget place. Np high expectations.
Near main train station.
The best of the places are the staffs, because they do their best to make your happier in the circumstances.
So, if you're a budget traveller that worths.
Mainly the room number 6. I am happy after they made their best to.

Péssimo! Quarto inadequado, banheiro horrível e serviço péssimo. A diária incluia café da manhã e o mesmo não foi oferecido, visto que eu não quis pagar por tal serviço (fui cobrado pelo café). Não recomendo este hotel. Evitem-no!

Staffs were very nice , who helped me out with their kindness .
Hotel were close to main station .

Eurorooms is an ideal place if you wish to spend few nights at a very economical rate, especially since it is close to the Termini station, you have almost easy access to any part of Rome. The staff was very friendly, supportive and offered good suggestions about important touristic spots.

Cuando llegamos nadie nos recibió, tuvieron que llamar al encargado de otro hotel para que nos recibiera, además nuestra habitación no tenía baño privado y como no había a quien reclamar tuvimos que quedarnos en la habitación ofrecida. La ubicación es muy buena.

19時に到着しチェックインしようとしたら受付に人がいない。エレベーターはなぜか半分下の所で終わり。
インターホンは音が小さすぎて聞き取れない。やっと聞き取れたと思ったら今行くから5分待ってといわれ、20分待たされ、再度まだかと聞くと今すぐ行く！と。で、やっと来たかと思ったらイタリア語が聞き取れない浅黒い人が来た。ホステル等でもたいていパスポートだけでチェックインできるのに、予約の紙はないのか？なぜないのか？と言われ、私の名前はないのか？と尋ねると、上の人に電話をしだした。そうしたらなんと、トイレが壊れているからあなたの部屋はない、他のホテルを用意します。タクシー代も出します。と言われ当たり前だ、と思ったが、次の日の早くテルミニから出るつもりだったため、翌朝のタクシーはどうしたらいい？と聞くと移動先のホテルから駅までは自腹、地下鉄がちかいよと言われ、荷物も35キロ程あったからこのホテルを取った。往復のタクシー代払えよ。と説明を求めたら
渋々一個下のファミリー用の一室(個室)を提供するとのこと。
ベッドはあるが、最初見た時は洗濯の乾し代や運動マシーンがあり、あ、今は使ってない物置部屋か。と思った。

イレギュラーだから仕方ないとは思ったが、チェックインのために狭い階段の空間で沢山待たされ、さらに部屋がないとか、まぁ最悪、不快だって思っても仕方ないですよね。
しかも名前言ってパスポート出してもチェックインできないなんて、、、今まで安いホステルなどいくつか泊まってきましたが、どこもそんな事はなく、不快に思うとかありませんでした。
最後のイタリア滞在日だからと思ってせっかく一人部屋を選んだのに、、、、最悪な最終日でした。

Hotel gradevole e confortevole, vicino alla stazione di Termini, l'unica cosa è che è al quinto piano, ma hanno l'ascensore.
Per il resto il personale è cordiale e disponibile, spiega tutto bene e chiaro.

Dålig personal. Vid ankomst visste inte ens om att vi kom. Skitigt, kallt, inget varmvatten och täckena kliade. Vi stannade bara en natt av 3. Så vad ni än hör så undvik detta ställe. Det enda som var bra, är att det låg väldigt bra till mot Roma termini.
