Posto centralissimo e bellissimo! Facile da raggiungere, struttura storica ma rinnovata all'interno.
Forse un po' troppo caldo, non siamo riusciti ad abbassare la temperatura in camera ma era inverno e nevicava, va bene lo stesso.

No parking. No elevator.
Sarah was simply amazing. She helped us with every question and request. Unfortunately, I broke my leg on the second day of our vacation and needed assistance… She immediately offered to move us to the first floor so I wouldn’t have to climb the stairs. Sarah is absolutely the main reason I recommend this hotel!
The rooms are not very modern. In our first room, the water pressure in the shower was not strong at all, but when we changed rooms it was excellent. And of course, wonderful Sarah mentioned that she would take care of the issue.
In addition, there is about a 5-minute uphill walk to reach the ski lifts.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The management are DISHONEST and they overcharged us by 605 EUROS!!
We had booked another of the groups hotels, Gran Trun through Booking.com. When we arrived they told us that they had a problem with the room and they were going to give us a free upgrade to their superior Hotel La Torre. On arrival at La Torre we were asked to pay 1,226 Euros, which was the agreed charge for the room at Gran Trun. It was only after we paid that we looked up La Torre up on Booking.com to find that for the same room and same nights, the price was only 621 Euros! We had been overcharged by 605 Euros!! We spoke to the management about this numerous times and they refused to do anything about it. Be warned, these people are CROOKS!!!!
I really loved how friendly and accommodating Sarah was. Also it is a very cozy hotel in a beautiful ski village. I would highly reccoment this place to others.
There's nothing i can fault at this time.
This hotel was perfect for our short ski trip, with a nice continental breakfast to start the day with lovely coffee (thanks Sarah). The location is perfect just far enough away from the main square.
