Hôtel bien situé, propre, je recommande.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, proche de toutes commodités et la gare , chambre confortable avec équipement, juste la dame âgée de l’accueil désagréable celle du matin , très froide, non souriante , agressif dans ces paroles. Sinon le reste du personnel des amours et surtout la femme de ménage au top , je conseille cet hôtel.

Pros:

location was great and the room looked like i expected. the fridge, kettle and tea was a good addition. clean and nice. nothing to complain really. staff was kind. the place felt safe. noise was not disturbing although not nonexistent.

Cons:

the elevator was a bit scary and the room was a bit cold. toilet flushed poorly. the bedside cabinet had a broken drawer. the window also closed a bit poorly. but it wasn't that bad.

needs serious maintenance & working wifi; staff was lovely thou and the best part of this place
Pros:

the staff was so lovely and helpful & the lift was a nice surprise, kettle and tea in the room

Cons:

the heating in my room didnt work basically, they tried to fix it but it clearly needs bigger work/ renovation; it was Februrary so heating is a must!
wi-fi didnt work at all (at least in my room) which was an issue bc I used all my mobile data :/ ; there was so much noise in the room as its on the main street in front of the kings cross station, all night people shouting, cars, without earplugs it wouldnt be possible to sleep;
