Pros:

The room, although small was in good condition, clean and comfortable

Cons:

It's tricky to get to without your own transport.
The front parking lot had an overflowing Dumpster.
There are permanent residents in the building -
Noisy children were racing about at midnight.

Cons:

We were given a single with a spare old sofa bed instead of a standard double room with sofa as indicated in the receipt email. The sofa bed had 2 matresses to get height of the bed to be level to the adjacent bed. My partner had to sleep on the floor, the bed springs were so weak. The shower head was broken. No internet was available though on the receipt, it stated that wifi was available. There was no one to speak to, though I don't think that would have helped much. They had a large group arriving at the same time we did, and I'm assuming out room was given to them.

Pros:

E' un affittacamere. Which means, there is nobody for check-in/check-out, it's basically a big house with rooms, not an hotel. Could be much better in my opionion, but still it's in a way comfortable in his essentiality, minimalistic and straight-forward approach. Shower is barely decent, as well as all the bathroom, tv is little, but room is big and bed is very comfortable. it's a place where you go just to sleep, for me it was ok. No more than that.

Very moldy smell all over the room, visible mold in the bathroom, moldy smell from the bedsheets
Also there were many cobwebs and a spider inside
Could not sleep there and went to another place even though it was late at night

Cons:

The terrasse door is difficult to open/close. The bathroom door doesn’t slide properly. The beds were sliding on the floor. Not a pleasant neighborhood to stay in, even if it’s not especially bad

Tendenzialmente il posto può andar bene, solo che c’è la reception dalle 14:00, si comprendono poco le regole e rispetto alle aspettative per me non le ha soddisfatte.

Al telefono molto gentili, mi hanno risolto alcuni inconvenienti e il personale delle pulizie molto disponile, però guardando le foto mi ero fatto un’altra idea io.

Cons:

The property was the most misdescribed property that I have stayed in. There was nothing palatial about this hotel and it was certainly not a resort. The pictures online are completely misleading. The pool was a 4 metre diameter circle which you would not have dared step into. The hotel was a considerable distance outside of the city , essentially in an industrial suburb. The young man left in charge of the place did his best to help but there was little that he could do to make up for the inadequacies of the property.

Pros:

Wonderful find for a one night stay. Pros were the pool and pool area, close to. Lucca proper, clean and large room, and excellent air conditioning. Cons were that there was no breakfast even though they're listed as a B&B, no room safe and a shower that worked well. But even with these minor cons, I would totally stay again. Yes the rooms are older but no matter. The staff were excellent, bed was comfy and did I mention how much I loved the pool!? Thank you for a great stay.
