Pros:

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Paid parking next to the hotel. The buffet meals had lots of choices and food was excellent.

Cons:

Would of been nice to have a kettle in the room and more quiet seating areas not in the bar

I have stayed here for the last 3 years and this was the most dissapointing.
Pros:

I like the morning buffet but the evening buffet was not as good the food tastes a little dull.
pool area and view very good, and the location was very easy and accessable

Cons:

Entertainment in the evening was very boring, the young man tried so hard to get everyone up and dancing but some of the singers were just not good enough. The dining area was under construction which again was not great with cables etc a real trip hazard with hot food or drinks.

Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms with the Seaview were magical and listening to the surf rolling onto the beach as I fell asleep

Cons:

No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, for a 4 star we would have expected this. Upon asking at reception was informed that they did not supply this facility, if they did not have kettles in rooms there should be one available on request.

Cons:

La estancia fue maravillosa, pero cuando la mañana que dejamos el hotel nos desapareció el cargador del móvil que habíamos dejado en la habitación por la mañana después de desayunar
Cuando subimos de la piscina ya no estaba y nadie sabía nada .
Nos fuimos a Murcia sin el cargador y con rabia e impotencia por lo ocurrido.
