Breakfast was very good . Watched the Spain football game by the pool and staff where brilliant handing outs flags , painting faces etc
Hotel curat, foarte bine aclimatizat, imediat langa plaja, parcare mare acoperita, priveliste incredibila. Mesele foarte bune, mancare variata si proaspata. Restaurant incapator dar nu poti merge nici macar cu o cafea pe terasa. Plaja cu nisip fin, foarte lata, cu tot ce este necesar.
Locuri insuficiente cu umbrela la piscina care oricum se ocupau de dimineata pana seara. Sezlongurile pe plaja foarte departe de mare astfel incat e potrivit sa folositi umbrela si sezlongul propriu. Wifi- ul destul de instabil. Paturile pe roti, de asemenea instabile.

Hacer mención especial,al trato exquisito del personal en general, y mención de excelencia en felicitar al equipo de cocina por su labor diaria.
El hotel esta muy bien, es un poco viejo pero las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. El hotel esta en la playa practicamente y tiene acceso a la playa desde el mismo. Personal super amable y servicial.
Me gustó todo. Quizas el buffet con poca variedad y repetitivo, pero lo que habia estaba muy bueno

The bed was clean and comfortable
The bathroom clean
The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly
The bar staff worked well under pressure and were pleasant and helpful.
What I would improve :
The lifts are one of the slowest services I have experienced.
Reception Staff
Parking facilities and the unavailability of booking parking before you arrive.
More Gluten Free products in the restaurant and more variety of fish dishes for those who do not eat meat.
Finally, we were woken three times in the early hours of the morning of our departure by a fire alarm. We had to go to reception where only two staff were on duty - only one of which spoke English to determine that - they didn't know why the alarm had gone off but thought it was in the general area of the salon. When asked has it been checked and why no fire engine or engineers were on site to make sure we were safe, they replied doest worry go back to bed, we really don't think it is a problem.
We had an 8 hour drive just 4 hours later. No niceties for the disruption, no compensation - no explanation when we checked out. Totally unacceptable.

Good food, many convenient services, a quiet and peaceful hotel.
The elevator is very slow, and there are often lines. The button to speed up door closing doesn't work, so everyone just stands there waiting pointlessly.
reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent also, so much variety. The hotel is literally on the beach

La ubicación es óptima.
La reseña "A pie de playa" es literal, se accede a la playa desde una de las terrazas del hotel.
Nuestra habitación tenia vista frontal al mar.
El equipo de "Animación" prepara todo tipo de actividades para los clientes de todas las edades.
Me gustó todo la verdad.
El personal super simpáticos, todo limpio, el buffet genial....

Hotelgäste, die Liegestühle mit ihren Badetüchern lange besetzt hielten, obwohl es auf Schildern vermerkt war, dass man dies nicht länger als 15 Min. tun darf.
