Recevoir un message pour valider le check in 2 jours avant et si aucune validation avant 23h59 , réservation annulée
Euhhh déjà il faudrait recevoir le mail , nous avons du appl l'hôtel vers 22h pour demander qu'on nous envoie le link en urgence.
La réservation avait été faite depuis janvier je trouve cela un peu limite.
Surtout qd vous êtes en vacances, vous ne regardez pas vos mails tt la journée

Pros:

Lage und Personal OK. Zimmer war unmöglich , dunkel mit Aussicht wie in einem Keller.
Cons:

Zimmer war so dunkel, man konnte den Himmel nicht sehen. Fenster vergittert( 1. Stockwerk) . Wegen der Nähe zum Nachbargebàude +/-3m war alles dunkel und die Aussicht war das Fenster des Nachbarhauses.

El solarium, por el precio que tiene las instalaciones son muy graciosas, disfrutas de privacidad y buenas vistas.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación quizás justito pero, tampoco pasamos mucho tiempo allí.

das Zimmer hat so sehr nach Kanalisation gestunken sehr extrem sogar, so ein Zimmer darf man gar nicht vermietet werden.
Das Frühstück fand ich gar nicht gut, alles nur Schweinfleisch, kein Auswahl für Vegetarier und Muslime 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Good hotel, good breakfast, great location, great tapas bars and restaurants very local to hotel.
Pros:

Good selection of cold meats, cheese, bread, patisseries, fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea, fruit juices etc. for breakfast.
Location is excellent.
Room was comfortable, very clean, great shower/bathroom.
Reception staff professional, personable, helpful and efficient.

Cons:

DO NOT PROVIDE SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BACON, UNLESS COOKED TO ORDER, LOOKED AWFUL!!
One waitress from attached taberna was unhelpful and rude.

El trato del personal de recepción, tanto las dos veces que llamé por teléfono (uno por el enlace del pago y otro por el uso del aparcamiento)
Además que el personal de recepción te diga un par de frases en euskera se agradece.

Cons:

Por el precio que tenía que la habitación diera a interior, el excesivo calor en los pasillos de platas superiores y la poca variedad de fruta en el desayuno
