La situación del hotel es magnífica. Nosotros aparcamos fuera del hotel,( porque también aunque tenga aparcamiento el hotel, fuera del hotel también se puede aparcar) y no tuvimos que mover el coche para ver la ciudad, se puede ir perfectamente andando a visitar todo. Además tienes un supermercado al lado del hotel por si quieres comprar algo.

Para el hotel fue una maravilla en todos los aspectos.

Un alojamiento muy estratégico para conocer Mérida
Pros:

Buena ubicación, limpio, buen desayuno, personal amable y atendieron nuestra petición de que nos asignaran habitaciones contiguas ya que viajábamos una familia grande.

Cons:

Falta un poco de insonorización y colchón un poco duro. Pero nada importante.

Visita a Mérida
Pros:

La habitación era muy grande, al igual que la cama y el baño. Equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar. El baño contaba con bañera de hidromasaje. Todo estaba muy limpio. El buffet del desayuno estaba bien, se podría mejorar pero presentaba variedad en productos para desayunar.

Cons:

La zona de la ventana presentaba humedades en las paredes y las cortinas estaban rotas. Al estar la habitación pegada a la sala de máquinas del ascensor se escuchaba ruido cada vez que subía o bajaba.

Bad Breakfast
Pros:

We decided to have breakfast at Don Romulo (the hotel’s main cafeteria) this morning.
Upon entrance, there was an immediate shock from the screaming waiters!! We sat down and no one greeted us but only yelled at us asking for what coffees we wanted.
We then proceeded to order our tostadas but were straight away stopped by the waiter because we had to order by number not name of the tostadas!!
During the breakfast the waiters yelling and the over all atmosphere was extremely unsettling. On top, they wouldn’t stop complaining that people kept on arriving.

I will not return here unless I want to start my day with a pile of nerves!!

Cercano a los monumentos que más nos interesaban.
Pros:

Está cerca del Teatro Romano y del Museo de Arte Romano, que era lo que más nos interesaba de la visita. La ducha estupenda y el personal que nos dio la bienvenida.

Cons:

Para ser un cuatro estrellas, la habitación, salvo el cuarto de baño, no me parecieron muy modernas ni acogedoras y además cobran el parking a los clientes, cosa que se debería avisar y tener en cuenta antes de utilizarlo, porque no es muy habitual en un hotel de esa categoría.
