I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, offering easy access to great shopping while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I even received a sparkling bottle of wine as a VIP customer, which was a lovely touch. Parking was hassle-free with available street parking. I will definitely be coming back

The hotel is in the city centre within walking distance from the bus station. It was a good choice for the first couple of days of our holiday. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is also very close to the museum of Menorca which is will worth a visit. The pool is nice and free pool towels are available from reception. My only gripe is that my booking included bottle of Cava and a free upgrade where available. We got the Cava but when asked about the upgrade they said that if we want an upgrade we have to pay for it! Well we had already paid over £260 for two nights room only and were not prepared to pay anymore. Obviously an upgrade was available but they wanted more money for it! Not impressed.
Our room was clean and reasonably sized and equipped for the two of us, with a lovely ground level garden balcony. The hotel itself is in a nice quiet location just a short walk from the centre of Mahon. Staff were very friendly and the whole site very clean and well maintained
Delicious breakfast; worth staying here for that alone.
Our only quibbles were 1) since you can’t drink the tap water, it would have been nice (and appropriate) for the hotel to provide 1 bottle a water a day rather than just one bottle per stay. 2) since we reserved months in advance and stayed 4 nights, one could have expected a room that didn’t look out onto the entrance to the parking garage.
Nonetheless, a very nice hotel.
