Service was great
We have stayed here for a few years now and always have a great time, the location is great and rooms always clean and comfortable
Unfortunately this stay we had an issue with the showers where there was no cold water available, meaning the showers were scalding. We asked for assistance to fix this but the technician went to the wrong room. We also visited another room in the hotel and had the same issue, I’m not sure what was going on but it made it nearly impossible to have a proper shower unless we visited the courtesy room

One main thing that was of a problem with the security, he was an absolute nightmare, was at the room door at anytime trying to get money from us! He took all in over €150 for playing music and having some rubbish in my room, he told us that if we didn’t pay him he would make sure we were kicked out of the room! He was stood at the door watching absolutely everyone coming in and even made us fill our bags with rubbish at take it over to the bin even though we had told him we were leaving the next day and would make sure we took everything out with us, we left our rooms clean! For this reason i don’t think any of our group of 30 would consider staying in the hotel again as between all of our rooms he took close to €1000 for himself by doing the exact same thing to every room! We really hope the hotel resolves this situation as other than that the hotel was good
Ce que nous tenons a signaler en premier c est la gentillesse et le sourire de tout le personnel, accueil, agent de sécurité, personne du petit déjeuner... Ensuite nous avons trouvé un hôtel très propre. Le petit déjeuner est complet, sucré ou salé il y en a pour tout les goûts.
Situé idéalement pour tout faire a pied et a proximité des bus pour aller plus loin.
Le seul bémol serait pour le bruit dû aux "soirées" dans les chambres par les jeunes mais bon ils sont en vacances aussi, une paire de bouchon dans les oreilles et c était OK.

Het was gehorig op de kamer. Veel geluid van gasten op de gang tijdens de nacht.

No estuvimos en el marco polo porque no lo tenían abierto aún, fuimos en abril, estuvimos en el hotel de en frente el vibra district y es fabuloso, el buffet del desayuno es flipante, la ducha es enorme y sale mucha presión de agua, las camas super cómodas, hay parquing gratis detrás del hotel, pero depende de la temporada cuesta puede costar aparcar, la estación de autobuses está en la calle de detrás del hotel, hay un mercadona y un lidl super cerca. Hay una playa delante y el puerto. Un par de KFC, Burguer king y pizza hut cerca.
Que el jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio. Y estábamos en el sexto piso y se escuchan mucho los motores de la climatización. Se veían solo 5 canales en la tele.
