L’emplacement est parfait , les équipements sont biens , le restaurant est au top et le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et gentil .

Cons:

Trop de monde mais vous n y êtes pour rien , vous êtes juste victime de votre professionnalisme et gentillesse .

Disappointed stay
Pros:

The pictures were misguiding. We were expecting a nicer hotel. The room had a smell. The AC wasn’t working properly. The room was nicely decorated though. And location was amazing !!

Cons:

Upon arriving we had a hard time finding parking. A heads up would have been nice. The lobby needs major renovation as it doesn’t give a great first impression.
Also we have never been to a hotel (and we’ve been to a lot) where you have to pay to change your pool towel. Makes no sense.
Honestly we were not satisfied. It shouldn’t be rated a 4 star hotel.
The morning buffet was ok. But we didn’t like that we had assigned seating. We’ve also never seen that in a hotel.

Good location, beachfront. Nice beach loungers

Cons:

Terrible air conditioning in the room. So hot on all the days. We complained everyday and they did nothing to fix it. Couldn’t sleep at night.

Water flowed out of the shower area.

I have never experienced such kind and attentive staff. Everyone genuinely goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen staff are outstanding and deserve 10/10 for their friendliness and service. The reception team were also excellent and deserve 9/10.

Cons:

This property is due for renovation, especially for a hotel that is rated four stars. The rooms are quite small and would benefit from a modern upgrade. The beds were also not particularly comfortable.

I wasn't a very pleasant stay
Pros:

That it was close to the beach.

Cons:

Some staff members, particularly in the spa, were rude. The room wasn’t clean and the beds were very uncomfortable.
I don't believe it is worth what it costs.
I wouldn't recommend staying there.
