Schönes hotel an guter lage, personal war freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 gebucht und bezahlt, aber für 3 ist es zu eng gewesen und mit einem teenager 12 jahre mädchen ist es auch bischen schwirig mit der toillete und dusche,da es nur eine glastür mit milchglas ist. Man hört alles und sieht zimmlich gut durch.

The stay was quite disappointing overall. In addition to the lack of room service and no food options available after 10pm, the experience was made worse by their strict and inflexible policies. I was charged an extra €12 for checking out just 20 minutes late, which felt unreasonable and unnecessary. There was little consideration for guest convenience or flexibility. These issues significantly affected the overall experience, making the stay feel poor value and not very guest-friendly. I would recommend considering other options if you expect basic hospitality and understanding from the staff.

Angenehme 3 Tage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Playa de Palma, mein Zimmer in der obersten Etage hatte einen wunderbaren Meerblick, sogar vom Bett aus. Viele der Zimmer haben seitlichen Meerblick. Die Straẞenseite des Hotels ist nicht besonders. Das Frühstück war gut und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein Thema mit der Heizung, es wurde sich sehr schnell darum gekümmert. Man ist sehr schnell und unkompliziert in Palma, so man das möchte.

Cons:

Es werden verschiedene Massagen im Hotel angeboten, ich habe eine Massage gebucht, aber was ich da erlebt habe, werde ich so schnell nicht vergessen. Der Raum indem die Massageeinheit stattfand war der Konferenzraum im Keller nahe dem Fahrradraum, finster, kalt von der Temperatur und kalt von der Atmosphäre her. Türknallen und Schuhgeklappere von den Radfahren sorgten nicht für eine wohlige, entspannte Umgebung - kann ich also wirklich nicht empfehlen. Da wird hoffentlich eine andere Lösung gefunden, was den Raum angeht, ansonsten besser keine Massage buchen.

Gute Lage, sehr ausbaufähige Qualität in Summe des gesamten Hotels
Pros:

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter.
Lage des Hotels, im Umkreis viele Geschäfte, Kosmetik, Massage und Restaurants. Für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Am Dach keine Liegen mit Schattenmöglichkeit, keine Toilette vorhanden.
Platz am Pool unten eng und trotzdem zu wenig Liegen vorhanden.
Frühstück: Kaffe aus dem Automat, extrem schlechte Qualität. Marmelade aus dem Spender! Einfach billig und enttäuschend.
Trinkwasser vom Zapfhahn schmeckt nach Chlor, sprich untrinkbar.
Standardzimmer: Kasten für 2 Pers. viel zu klein, keine Laden, keine Verstaumöglichkeit. Toilette im Bad- untragbar! Nur durch eine milchige Glastür vom Schlafraum getrennt, daher null Privatsphäre. Zimmer sehr hellhörig in beide Richtungen und nach oben.
In Summe kommt dieses Hotel nicht mehr in Frage.
