Pros:

The sofa area and main concierge was very nice and comfortable. The hotel in general Was well looked after. Very disappointed with the room size very cramped for three friends. Bathroom door was very heavy and didn’t allow for any privacy. The air-conditioning unit was not pumping out sufficient cold air.

We had a fantastic holiday at HM Tropical
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located with close approximity to the airport and Palma city (30min by buss). The noise coming for airport didn't bother us at all, which was one of our concerns pre-trip. It's very difficult to pinpoint anything that would have bothered us during our stay. The staff were great, the food was good with plenty to choose from, the room was clean, the beds were great. We truly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend.

Great place for a beach break in Mallorca.
Pros:

This is a really good place to stay if you're in Palma de Mallorca. It's on the beach and it's out of town. There's an easy 15-minute bus to the airport.

The room itself was great. We had a side sea view. The pool area was fantastic and they allowed us to use the pool area all afternoon even after we checked out. The restaurant buffet was brilliant. Although we didn't book with half board, I would suggest that that's a really good idea because I think it was about €24 for the evening meal and it was certainly worth that. If you can get it cheaper, do it.

Cons:

The only downer, and it's a very small one, is you can't order food to your sun lounger. Around the pool you have to go and sit at one of the little tables to eat lunch but that's a very minor point.

Ogästvänlig personal förstörde resan.
Cons:

Vi fick betala extra för att sova två (!) personer i ett bokat dubbelrum. Personalen mycket ogästvänlig och skrek på oss. Tog evigheter att få beställa i matsalen, då var vi osynliga, samtidigt var de på oss hela tiden om att vi satt fel, gick fel osv. Städade bort mat och dryck innan vi var klara. Kände oss som inkräktare. Van resenär, har aldrig upplevt något liknande. Det bästa med vistelsen var att få åka hem.

Die Nähe zum Strand, tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbarer Nähe, der Hotelpool sauber, Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal im großen und ganzen sehr freundlich u bemüht

Cons:

Der Barkeeper in der Skybar war unfreundlich, hat den Gästen den Rücken zugedreht wenn sie schon wie im Selbstbedienungsladen an seiner Bar angestanden sind um zu bestellen, hat mit seinen Kumpels geplaudert als wären sonst keine Gäste anwesend...
Wir sind dann an die nette Beachbar ausgewichen die unmittelbar gegenüber vom Hotel war...dort war alles top!!

Sehr schöner Kurztrip! Ich kann das Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen in Buffetform auch sehr gut (2 x Themenabend), tolle Lage direkt am Sandstrand, schöner Pool, gut zu erreichen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus)

Je tiens à féliciter l’établissement pour sa propreté irréprochable. Le restaurant, aussi bien pour le petit-déjeuner que pour les repas, est au top : varié, de qualité, et toujours très agréable.
