Very clean, perfect breakfast
No problems
The hotel is very well located, very close to the center, to port and walk distande to restaurants in the Talamanca area. The room size is good, the shower and bed are comfortable, and the breakfast was just right. The staff, especially Yolanda and Belinda, were exemplary in their attention and care towards us, always smiling and giving tips for beaches and restaurants.
The main issue was with the manager, Maria. She often came across as curt, cold and unwelcoming, with a lack of tact in the way she communicated. At times, she brought up my cholesterol when we mentioned how many eggs we wanted for breakfast, and I felt it was inappropriate or unnecessary. Her attitude often made her seem tired, annoyed, or unhappy, and unfortunately, it felt as though this was taken out on us. It even led to a disagreement. I was trying to give her space to explain herself, but when I continued speaking, she interrupted me.

Great location, customer service was excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast a few minutes from the beach, clean and comfy.
