Hotel & Spa Castillo de Peñíscola

My wife, myself and my daughter had a really wonderful holiday here. The hotel is quite new, bright and clean. But the best thing about it is the superb team who run it. The receptionists, the chefs and the housekeeping staff all made us feel very welcome and were so hard-working and conscientious and all were such nice people!
The food here is superb. We were planning to often eat out, expecting the hotel food to be standard and boring, but it was so good that we eat all the time in house. With delicious lunchtime paellas and freshly cooked local fish, meat and exotic dishes along with imaginative vegetable dishes and salads, and a great breakfast buffet, nobody could fail to be impressed.
The location is great, right opposite the beach and a two minute walk to the heart of the vibrant, beautiful town.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans cet hôtel. Très bien situé ,près du château et face a la mer.
La chambre avait un joli balcon où on pouvait apprécier la vue sur le château. Et sur la piscine.
Le parking sous terrain est situé de l’autre côté de la rue en face de l’hôtel, le prix est de 25 € Par jour. Très cher .
((nous l’avions réservé avec l hôtel ))
La chambre est spacieuse. Dommage pour la salle de bain qui n’est pas agréable avec la douche juste à côté des WC. ((Seul bémol.))

Nous avions pris la pension complète.
Self service avec beaucoup de choix et très bon ….
Au dernier étage, où se trouve une grande terrasse où l’on peut déguster des cocktails. Avec de la musique.
Nous avons trouvé qu un soir la musique était très très forte. Heureusement ce n’était pas tous les jours.
Très bon accueil , le personnel est à vos petits soins et souriant….

I stayed here with my daughter and we had a great time. The bed was amazing, the room quiet and it always smelled good. The pool is refreshing, breakfast was very good. The surrounding area was also very nice with shops and quaint little streets on the peninsula. Good beach, beautiful water. All in all we liked our stay and I would recommend the hotel.

Le parking était plein!!! Nous avons pris un hôtel sachant qu’il y avait un parking … Ben non… on est resté garer dans la rue avec 88 euros d’amende .. super on reviendras pas

The location of this property is excellent in walking distance of beach sightseeing and shops and restaurants can’t fault it and would definitely be coming back

Très bon emplacement, l'hôtel et le personnel sont super, les équipements de la chambre sont bien. Tout est très propre et la chambre sont toujours bien nettoyée. Le petit déjeuner et très bon et il y a du choix.

Non mi è piaciuto che sotto le finestre della camera c’era musica alta dell’albergo in parte , finì alle 11.45.

The hotel was very clean and the buffet food was good and varied every day. The room was cleaned every day with new towels. We have a partial view of the sea as we were adjacent to the beach. We walked to the local castle on the mount in Peniscola. There were plenty of restaurants and the beach was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our four day mini break. I would recommend the Hotel & Spa Castillo de Peñíscola

Great side view of the castle and the bay. Breakfast was really good once I realized the chef could make us fresh omelettes.

All very good, friendly staff,great breakfast, location is amazing. Gym is not the best one, it would have been great to enjoy one or 2 bikes / 1/ 2 treadmille extra maybe.

L'hôtel en lui-même est excellent, très très propre, mais manque d'activités, pas de piscine intérieure, jacuzzi payant pas donné, pas de proposition d'excursions, un peu monotone. À part ça rien à redire.
