The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. The continental breakfast was good - croissants, fruit , juice coffee & cold meats. The room was small and located in the roof space which made it very hot and the shower space was so small it was difficult to turn around.

Ein sehr charismatisches Hotel

I stayed here for one night having landed at Santiago De Compostella Airport. I caught the local bus from the airport to the City. It cost just 1 Euro and took about 45 minutes. I walked from the Bus station to the hotel.

The hotel was totally fine for my requirements and had all the amenities, I required. I had breakfast which was nice. The staff were really polite and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

It's a small but very cute hotel. Service is very personal and excellent!

Very good location, only 5 minutes walk from the old city. Room clean, but very small. A lot of noise from the people during the night, because very close to the hotel there is a bar and the windows from the hotel are no soundproofing, you could hear everything. Breakfast very poor, no variety, service from the receptionist, only tost, marmelade and coffee. Staff very polite. Beds are very tight.

O hotel é pequeno. Categoria 3 estrelas. Excelente custo benefício. Atendimento cortês. Nos disponibilizaram o quarto antes do horário previsto, o que foi ótimo. A uns 350 m da estação de trem. Localização excelente, muito próximo ao centro histórico, de tudo que você vai precisar: bares, restaurantes. E atrás do hotel está o Parque da Alameda. Entregaram o que divulgaram. Cama boa, roupa de banho grande e felpuda. Gostamos muito.

A little Gem of a 3☆ hotel 5minutes from the centre and 10 minutes from the cathedral. Staff amazing! Friendly, efficient total profesionals all of them. Particularly the reception team who help out in every area, with great local knowledge and recommendations.
This will become my go to hotel if and when I'm back in Northern Spain.

The Herradura is simply EXCELLENT. Nothing fancy but everything works and the place is very tasteful. Reception service excellent, breakfast served with personal touch, room is elegant and bathroom more that adequate. Bed comfy, ventilation good and so is the wifi. People always make the difference and the staff of Herradura excels.

The best hotel from my entire trip!
After completing the Camino it was a real treat to arrive at Herradura. As well as being clean, well maintained and beautiful, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, attentive and friendly. Staying here was a highlight from my time in Spain, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
A special thank you to Antonio for his time, care and warmth which was a great relief for 3 tired pilgrims!

I just love this quaint boutique hotel! Rooms were a tad on the smallish side but immaculately clean & comfy. Great location: straight line towards the Compostela. It could get busy/noisy earlier in the day but quiet at night. From the hotel, you will also pass by multiple food places along the way to the church; most are open past midnight, 1 to 2 am. Carrefour grocery is a block down the hill. Nearby park behind the hotel. The staff is polite, professional, respectful, hospitable, very helpful with directions. Breakfast is well-served. Cute elevator fits 1 to 2 people.

The staff were fantastic and assisted us when we came in really early. They gave us a seat and coffee in their coffee shop while they prepared a room for us. The room was large and had all the amenities needed. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is very good,with approximately 150 meters from the old town centre.
