Important information:

Children under 12 years old will be able to enter the spa from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., after that time, access will be limited to adults only.
The sessions are 50 minutes long, €20.00 (VAT included) for adults and €10.00 (VAT included) for children.
The use of flip flops and a hat is mandatory to access the circuit.
Spa hours: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for adults

Séjour très agréable et relaxant dans un lieux superbe
Pros:

Superbe piscine avec jets massant. Superbe vue depuis l'hôtel. Le repas type buffet était très bien et copieux

La présence des enfants au Spa n'est pas agreable, il y a quelques temps un spa etait prévu pour les enfants et cela permettait d'etre au calme pour profiter du spa

Le parking surtout pour les motos pas couverts et le repas du soir qui normalement était prévu au restaurant et on a fini à la cafétéria

LA sala de lectyura i la tranquilitat.

Cons:

L'esmorzar justet. No hi ha gots de vidre ni coberts a disposició, ni suc de taronja. Les tapes del Bar El Coll no son gaire bones. L'spa està bé, però hi ha falta de manteniment (hi ha alguns elements que no funcionaven) i al desplaçar-te per la piscina no es veu els mur de separació, i topes fàcilment.

Lo que marca la diferencia es el personal y la ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal es lo que marca la diferencia! El desayuno está bien, correcto , pero lo mejor el personal , atento mirando que este todo correcto

Cons:

El hotel necesita un mantenimiento, sobre todo el spa, ya no solo porque lo estás pagando , si no porque parece peligroso.

Hotel bonito en plena montaña
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el entorno maravilloso. El hotel muy bonito, el spa muy bien, pequeño pero no había nadie, el agua estaba fría y eso no la hace muy agradable para ser spa. El desayuno maravilloso y la atención de todo el personal excelente.

The location is breathtaking. Amazing views to the Pyrenees. The staff’s friendly and professional and they have a pretty big parking lot, which eases logistics.

Cons:

The menu both for breakfast and dinner is quite basic with not many gluten-free options. I also missed some more fruit.
The spa was absolutely disappointing. It was actually a swimming pool (not in the best condition) with a sauna and that’s it. The steam room was inop and it smelled quite bad. I certainly expected more from the Spa since this was a mountain break for us.

Perfecto para una escapada
Pros:

Lugar con buenas vistas, la cena del buffet con comida de calidad, el personal atento y amable. La recepcionista Estefania y el camarero Diego hicieron la estancia más agradable ;)
