Excellent hotel in charming mountain village. Good for fit walkers but not for seniors!
Pros:

Excellent room location with private balcony and panoramic views of the mountains.
Service and friendliness of the staff was very good.
Excellent breakfast menu with caring service provided by the charming Eva.

Cons:

Evening dinner menu too expensive compared to numerous nearby restaurants. Examples are: 22 euros for a bottle of standard Granada wine, 6 euros for one small glass of cava.
Capileira is a charming alpine town - one of the highest in the Sierra Nevada. All the streets are very steep and many have uneven cobbles. Staying here is excellent for fit walkers but NOT recommended for seniors or those with mobility problems.

Lovely traditional hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Good starting point for hiking Mulhacen, with comfortable rooms. Unfortunately our room (as most do) caught the sun for most of the day and evening, and there is no aircon, but the bar terrace catches a breeze so pleasant to relax there with a beer!

Cons:

Very steep cobbled slopes and awkward steps throughout the grounds of the Finca.
The dinner menu has a lot of traditional Spanish dishes (attached) but nothing straightforward for plainer tastes such as a burger or omelette. Unfortunately my chicken dish was served very undercooked (but staff very attentive thereafter), which admittedly did rather put me off ordering anything with meat the next evening.

Pros:

Замечательная территория). Немного было душно в номере ночью , поэтому спали с открытой дверью. Вентилятор не спасает. Есть детская игровая комната! Хороший завтрак )

Cons:

Пришлось везти свою складную детскую кроватку, но мы были предупреждены заранее об этом

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bastante completo. La ubicación no estuvobmal

Cons:

Cuando llegué quise aparcar justo enfrente de la puerta de recepción y me dijo la chica que solo era carga y descarga y me multarían, iba con dos niños pequeños, maletas y demás, la familia que llegó justo detrás mía aparcó allí y no movió el coche.
