Lugar tranquilo y cómodamente situado en la ciudad. Incómodo por el tratamiento del A/C.
Pros:

El personal, desde luego, extraordinario. La limpieza impecable. Está situado en un muy buen lugar para conocer Logroño. Apenas a 5-10 minutos paseando tranquilo al centro de Logroño, y en una zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada.

Cons:

La climatización de las habitaciones son un problema, para mi, extraordinario. Depende de lo que esté marcado por el calendario. Desde recepción pueden activar/desactivar si así lo pides (tienes que hablar con ellos). No puedes elegir en la habitación si quieres o no el A/C. Hacía calor, mucho, quería (necesitaba) fresquito, pero no era posible, porque así estaba programado. Del A/C salía sólo calor, porque era lo que tocaba. Además, aunque no quieras, había calefacción puesta porque sí. Hube de pedir que desconectaran el A/C y dormir con la ventana abierta para poder estar mínimamente cómodo. Esta situación me resulta muy incómoda y ciertamente inadmisible.

Good value hotel
Pros:

We arrived by bicycle and we were able to put them in a purpose built, locked room within the underground carpark overnight. Room was large as was shower room. Comfortable bed. Excellent WiFi and air con worked well. Very good breakfast. For a city centre hotel, it was good value for money. A little bland and dated but honestly there was nothing to dislike

El personal de recepción de 10!!! Muy amables y serviciales y siempre con una buena cara.

Cons:

Viajé con mi hija,soy pensionista y me tocó una habitación con bañera que esta demasiado incomoda para mi gusto porque está demasiado alta y la taza del baño mal anclada.Se podría mejorar.
