The Hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely, the bed comfortable and the location a 20 out of 10.
Front desk staff were exceptional and this hotel would get a 10 out if 10 if it wasn’t for the restaurant staff. On two occasions I had to deal with the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff - once for breakfast and once for dinner - it was just so disappointing. A reputable hotel stands and falls with its people!

No view out window. Just back alley and another building.
Nothing except a few friendly staff members, false advertising of rooms, the room we received where not as luxurious as the pictures, the manager was rude and cold and were checked out earlier
