Le cadre est juste magnifique. J'ai beaucoup apprecié le climat qui règne au sein de l'hôtel. Les occupants se sentent facilement chez eux, il y a un bon sentiment de familiarité

Las habitaciones interiores no tienen nada de luz natural, al menos en los pisos bajos, los baños no tienen ventilación y el aire acondicionado no era muy potente
A Piscina no Rooftop é Espectacular. O pequeno almoço também é de muita qualidade. Pedimos um quarto num piso superior por causa do barulho da Gran via e esse pedido foi atendido.

The staff was very friendly. The lady with glasses checked me in, July 2nd. She had a soothing voice and she was very friendly and accommodating in order to make up for the lack of AC in the building. The bedroom was cool and the breakfast was great.
The pool could've been bigger. When I arrived, July 2nd, I was told the AC was not working. That almost made me change the hotel but I did not want to walk around with my luggage any longer. The lady provided a portable AC to my bedroom which helped a little and I had the breakfast (20Euros) given as courtesy since the AC was out. Luckily I was there for just one night so it was alright.

Location is very good, walking distance from shopping areas, park and restaurants.
The Terrace/roof top area is dedicated to the hotel guests which is a big plus.
The hotel doesn’t have anywhere to stop the car, even temporarily, to unload luggage. Therefore, arriving by car can be quite a struggle. I had to unload our luggage in the lobby, find a parking facility, and then return to the hotel. So the check-in was far from ideal.
