Location was great. You can walk to most attractions in less than 20 mins. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Very lovely reception area. Great pool area with a nice view.
A bit noisy. Even if the room gives onto the indoor patio you can hear the loud music from the pool. Gym was very small and very weird way to get there.

Me gustó todo quizás por poner un pero pondría los ascensores más asequibles por que había muchos momentos de colapso

The location was good, and the property itself has potential. The room was generally comfortable and had a good layout.
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The main issue was the poor level of service and the unfriendly attitude of some staff members. For the amount paid, I expected much better hospitality and respect.

El hotel está bien ubicado, en pleno Gran Vía pero en una zona aún tranquila. La habitación de muy buen tamaño y cómoda. Buen restaurante y cercanía al metro.
La piscina altamente utilizada y con poco espacio para esperar que se desocupara. Esa zona un poco descuidada, podría adaptarse mejor.
La buena onda y predisposición del personal.
La réactivité du personnel face au problème de climatisation de la chambre.
