Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut, weil es auf der Gran Via lag und alle Geschäfte gleich in der Nähe waren. Die Öffis waren auch alle in der Nähe vom Hotel. Man konnte die Sehenswürdigkeiten auch fußläufig erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Da wir direkt auf die Gran Via geblickt haben und die Fenster alt und teilweise die Dichtungen sehr alt und brüchig waren, konnte man den ganzen Straßenlärm mithören.

Cons:

החלונות לא נפתחים - צריך לבקש מאיש תחזוקה של המלון להגיע ולפתוח אותם במיוחד.
בלי חלון אין בחדר אוויר וקיבלנו התקפי אלרגיה מהאבק.

Excelente lugar para estar cerca de todo.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación es muy cómoda. Me dieron una habitación un poco mejor porque iba a estar varios días.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en renovaciones y el ruido durante una tarde que tuve que quedarme a trabajar en la habitación, fue un poco molesto por lo constante y fuerte.
