Hotel Palmasol Puerto Marina

Hotel room a little basic but clean with fridge and tea/coffe, kettle, breakfast choice was good, noise from construction site opposite hotel was awful but unavoidable, hotel location is excellent with the marina just over the road

Paid extra for a Sea-View room and was given a view looking at a building site! What’s rip off!

The only downside was the building work noise of another hotel being built next to ours. But it certainly didn’t spoil our holiday, it’s just one of those things can’t be helped.

The hotel was first class shout out to the cleaner on first floor who looked after us in room 116 lovely friendly helpfully lady reception staff very helpful we ended up staying another 3 nights good location easy to get taxis not too expensive usually about 5 euro 😀

This hotel is perfectly located for the marina. We had a family room and the space was amazing, especially the wrap around balcony. The entertainment team were wonderful in keeping the kids happy. Would definitely visit this hotel again infact iv already looked at rebooking

Personeel aan receptie doet zijn werk precies tegen zijn zin ! Echt onbeleefd denk dat ze hier nooit opleidingen hebben gehad hoe om te gaan met personeel. Ontbijt was wel goed !

There was a building construction going on just across the street from our room. So it was very very noisy. Reception staff were lovely and friendly as were the housekeeping staff. Bar staff weren’t at all helpful or friendly in any way.

La camera veniva pulita in fretta, i letti non sempre puliti bene. Sotto il letto vi era sporco. In bagno qualche difficoltà con il cambio asciugamani poiché ce ne venivano lasciati di meno rispetto al numero in cui eravamo alloggiati.
Ottimo il servizio di animazione per bambini

Hotel agradável e bem localizado.

A lot of building work going on outside hotel. Alarm from crane bleeping all night, kept us awake. We are early risers, but had to wait for a coffee until restaurant opened at 11am, after the breakfast had finished. Pool not open until 10am and the que was horrendous, especially in the open sun. Card payment only and card reader went down and could not even get a bottle of water. Asked if we could leave room number and pay when card reader back up and running but was refused. Not the best experience I am afraid

It was ok. Not what we used to. Staff were helpful at reception. But i had to make it clear i wanted what i paid for.. they did move us
Pool does not open untill 10am too late . Crazy people running for sun bed. Very pretty around pool and clean too. Food was nice, drinks too. Very close to harbour and some shops , resturants.
Good location. Turn right out of hotel , lots going on. .

Lovely hotel , excellent location near marina.great shower. Clean, helpful staff . Breakfast was great , plenty fresh fruit , didn’t have dinner in hotel , great restaurants nearby .

Hotellin henkilöstö oli erittäin ystävällistä. Ruoka oli monipuolista. Sijainti on todella hyvä, lähellä satamaa, ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Rannalle on lyhyt matka. Majoituimme hotellissa viikon ja viihdyimme todella hyvin.

The hotel is well located, it’s clean and tidy, yes there is a lot of working going on around the hotel and noise can be heard but overall it doesn’t ruin the hotel, I have stayed here many times and like the hotel, they always help with my requests of a high floor away from the lifts.

Lovely clean hotel. Needs more storage in bedrooms. Tea & coffee not replenished by maids unless I asked every day at reception. Disappointed with breakfast, plenty choice, but hot buffet was luke warm and bread for toast stale and some toasters not working. Only went for breakfast twice out of our 4 day stay.

The location is great. Close to the beach and restaurants. It is really close to the local bus stop for excursions so that was a definite plus for me. The hotel itself is a bit run down in the rooms and some of the areas were closed, particularly the outdoor patio bar. The buffet breakfast was okay, nothing out of the ordinary fare but coffee was out of one of those press and pou machines so that was disappointing. Entertainment was a bit cheesy. The pool area is wonderful with gardens and lots of palm trees around. Water was too cold to really swim but that was due to the weather not being warm enough yet to heat it up by the sun. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a good choice for location and outdoor pool area. Didn't like the fact that it was a card only payment system.
