estupendo, confortable y muy bien ubicado
Pros:

habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Cama cómoda y suficientes espacio para ropa y enseres personales. Baño bien. Personal atento y simpático.

Cons:

hubiéramos preferido una cama de matrimonio.
En el servicio solo se nos dejó un cepillo de dientes, siendo dos personas .

A good location Hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for 1 night during a conference.
Bar did not open till 7PM so if you want anything you have to leave the hotel and no room service. Reception was really helpful and even though rooms were a little dated, The shower was powerful but soaked the floor ... was in a good location .

Perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for location. Staff were exceptional. Bar area very clean and staff attentive. Would definately recommend.

Cons:

Not a complaint, but the parking was a little confusing. We had to block the garage entrance and check in first. Perhaps a ticket to take to reception after parking would be easier, as the entrance is also pedestrianised.

Prima hotel met goede ligging. Ontbijt perfect. Dat compenseert allemaal de onvriendelijkheid bij de receptie.
Pros:

De kamers, de bedden, de ligging van het hotel. En het ontbijt was top! Inclusief het personeel daar. Deden alles om het je naar het zin te maken.

Cons:

De mensen bij de receptie. Ongeïnteresseerd en onvriendelijk. Waren meer met hun telefoon bezig dan met de gasten.

Excelente opción en Cartagena!
Hermosa la suite junior que nos asignaron, muy tranquilo, excelente servicio, estacionamiento comodísimo junto al hotel y muy buen desayuno.
Destaco a José, de recepción y a Vanessa.
El funcionamiento del hotel es un cinco estrellas!

Cons:

Nada.
No tienen restaurante, pero sí un muy buen room service casi hasta medianoche y nos recomendaron un restaurante maravilloso que está a 30 metros, la Tasca del Tío Andrés.
