Falta de experiencia del personal, habitaciones sucias e instalaciones descuidadas. Una niña pequeña se cortó en la piscina porque había varias baldosas sueltas.

El colchon y las almuadas muy comodos, , el pie de ducha nuevo , el lavabo muy bonito y practico.
Un poco incomoda la puerta entrada a la habitacion, porque estaba colocada lateral y era un poco incomoda al entrar a la habitacion
El hotel es una pasada. Instalaciones de 10. Gimnasio pequeño pero perfecto para no perder el ritmo. Terracita en la que puedes pedir cócteles o lo que te apetezca. Buen desayuno y bien de precio. Piscinas. Recepción muy buena y personal atento. Habitaciones muy limpias y nuevas.

Reception staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful as you would expect and they responded well to any request. The pool was clean and the bar area was pleasant. The room was spacious and well-equipped with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Tea and coffee making facilities were sufficient. View of the ocean and the town from the room balcony was excellent.
The cleanliness of the room on a daily basis was poor and the standard of cleaning generally was inadequate. The room decor was tired and showed signs of damage and wear. The breakfast was poor with dry produce (ham, cheese, tomato etc) left out for long periods. Fruit selection was bruised and poor quality, as was the cooked selection of sausage and bacon, which was often cold and dry. The prices for alcohol behind the pool bar were excessive. The sun loungers were of a poor design, in a poor state of repair and dangerous. A serious injury occurred (which was reported to hotel staff) due to a faulty mechanism and the bed was not replaced and blood stains remained two days after the incident (despite an inspection). Alcohol was allowed in the reception area which was disappointing to see. The gym facility was adequate, however the running machine required a service and there was a problem with the timing belt for 4 days without action. Staff tended to a wedding party throughout the second week of the stay and other guests felt neglected. Sun loungers were monopolised and the volume around the pool area became loud, rowdy and unpleasant.

El wifi no iba muy bien
The hotel staff were very welcoming especially the receptionist and pool bar young lady. The beds were very comfy with super pillows and sheets. We had a double room with balcony and had partial sea and mountain views. The pool area is fab with lots of sunbeds and great views. My husband used the gym
We didnt eat as lots of places to eat in and around the port.
We 1st came here 8 years ago when we viewed properties one of which we bought.
We came back as it was our wedding anniversary.
The hill can be a challenge for some. We live in Spain and most hotels dont have a kettle so this was a bonus. There were 2 complimentary bottles in the fridge. We had a very chilled, relaxing time.
We would have liked 2 chairs instead of 1 on the balcony and a small table although the ledge was wide enough to put your drink on. There was only 1 mug not 2 and could have benefitted from just 2 milks 2 coffees 2 t bags. I could have gone down to reception to get more.
The pool bar on Sunday still wasn't opened when we left after 11.
