Cons:

Me defraudó el trato recibido después de numerosas reservas en ese hotel.
Nos quisieron cobrar 10 € más de la tarifa contratada.
El trato del director fue denigrante, sin ninguna flexibilidad, no escuchando argumentos, en fin, muy poco profesional.

Well run and hospitable but in high season I think it would be chaotic and noisy.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some facilities were still being prepared for the summer season. Breakfast was good with a wide range of option all well prepared. Our room was very pleasant although lacked any additional seating apart from one desk and chair. It's a good location providing you are happy to walk up and down the hill.

Cons:

The hotel was very quiet and as such lacked atmosphere. Most disappointing was the noise which in high season would be very intrusive. You could hear people late at night in the garden 3 stories below (Sea view side), and movement in the corridor. The TV in the adjacent room was noticeable and there was no privacy from the bathroom - the door didn't block any sound at all! We were not impressed with the lunch or dinner menu which was very eclectic; spanish, asian, nachos and what we ordered wasn't great. Maybe we just made bad choices.

Struttura che già conoscevo e ben giudicata, buona posizione per visitare i dintorni.

Cons:

a differenza della precedente esperienza più lunga, stavolta abbiamo avuto problemi con una camera troppo fredda e dove non si riusciva a regolare la temperatura, ctessa cosa per l'acqua calda della doccia praticamente inesistente. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception ma non è cambiato nulla. La questione acqua calda era generale e quindi avrebbero risolto dopo la nostra partenza, ma per l'aria condizionata magari potevano trovare una soluzione.
