Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 night stay.
Pros:

Hotel cleanliness including the bedroom and other areas. View from our bedroom of Puerto de Mazarron was excellent.

Cons:

The property location is on a steep hill. Inconvenient for walking to and from the hotel.

Cons:

El desayuno es carísimo 13€ por persona y día por un buffet de calidad regular no es lógico, y más un hotel de esa categoría. La piscina está bien cuidada pero es pequeña. Para rematar, el día que me marchaba cortaron la luz de la habitación, por lo cual tuve que usar el aseo a oscuras y recoger las cosas sin aire acondicionado, y era un día muy caluroso. Sin comentarios, dudo mucho que vuelva

Beautiful
Pros:

Comfortable stay. Amazing view from the room windows and pool zone (pool itself, bar). They even allowed to us bringing our drinks to the bar and gave us an opener :D

Cons:

We were doing check-out process approx 50min because the receptionist left somewhere without an explanation and was absent for 45 min.
Our room was located at the 3th floor (the hotel itself has 4 floors) and the air-conditioning couldn’t cope with cooling down to the 22 degrees (max 24.8 degrees).

Hidden gem! Amazing peaceful hotel
Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem, close to all amenities, supermarkets, tobacco shops, restaurants and small takeaway/cafes. On a cliff overlooking either the mountains or the sea, the views both ways are breathtakingly beautiful.

Staff are so very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Special shout out to Neavies that helped us so much at reception, along with the hotel manager on our late check in on what was supposed to be the Monday, 13th but we had flight and transport problems and didn’t arrive until late at night on the 14th. They both instantly made us both feel stress free from a long journey! Give them a raise!!

It is indeed up a hill, and if you have mobility issues I’d suggest a taxi back and forth because it was hot outside. Rooms are clean, spacious and the bathrooms are the same. Modern! Great WiFi throughout!
