A good hotel in a fantastic position.
Pros:

Fantastic location right on the main square. Unbelievably great staff especially the lady who walked to find us when trying to find the hotel and then drove our car across the pedestrian square to get to it.

Cons:

Need explaining on the web site that if you are driving you need to enter the square to get to the hotel as all the street signs say no entry - pedestrians only!

Pros:

Our customer was 8 minutes walk. Being located in the Plaza we had the old town and the citadel all within easy walking distance. This is my third visit to Pamplona for business and I have enjoyed every one.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Pros:

This property is run in the tradition of a grand hotel. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are complete and all the details are managed and handled. Absolutely deserves a five star rating.

Worth its five star rating - wonderful staff from front of house to the lovely housekeeper.
Pros:

Sumptuous room. Staff arranged in room dining and masseuse nothing was too much trouble - housekeeping was exceptional as was the room service menu.

Laundry was very dear.

Perfect hotel for Pamplona
Pros:

What a perfect hotel in the main square in Pamplona especially if you are a Hemingway fan! The staff were so so lovely. The rooms are big and comfortable and in the evening they come and make the bed for the night!
