Bona atenció.
Hi ha aspectes que es podrien modernitzar una mica.
Tiene un encanto especial hay que estar para sentirlo.
Bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes y zona centro. Parking próximo pero no tiene acceso desde el hotel.
La habitación está muy antigua, en mobiliario y en instalación eléctrica.
Este hotel debería estar cerrado, no pasa ningun control de calidad de ningun lado, el ascensor es inviable, las habitaciones con los colchones rotos no se puede dormir, carisimo, no habia servicios de habitacion como tal ni toallas. .. de verdad por favor quitar de bookin este hotel no garantiza ningun servicios
No me gusto nada, del hotel esta en ruinas y servicios que dejan de desear, el baño no entra una persona limpieza cero , todo mal
Un hotel sencillo ene l centro de Palencia
Al estar en el centro se oyen ruidos de la calle, pero eso es inevitable y no depende del servicio del hotel
La ubicación es el único punto fuerte de este hotel.
Todo lo demás necesita reforma global. La atención del personal es correcta.

La ubicación es excelente, así como el trato recibido por el personal. Todos son muy amables y colaboradores, ha sido un placer la estancia.
Tiene algunas plazas de garaje, lo cual es ideal, ya que está ubicado en zona centro y es muy difícil aparcar. Si tu coche es grande o no tienes mucha destreza aparcando, no te serán útiles. Ya que son plazas pequeñas y con obstáculos para maniobrar.
El hotel es antiguo, con moqueta y cortina en la bañera. La decoración igualmente es bastante vieja. Pero está limpio, si sólo vas a dormir está perfecto, para la relación calidad-precio.
La cisterna hace mucho ruido, se oye bastante de una habitación a otra.
Ubicación
Es como volver a los años 70. Mobiliario obsoleto, moqueta verde sucia. Bañeras que necesitan un arreglo. Vaya! Es como una inmersion en la serie cuentame. No tienes opción desayuno.

No me gustó nada,alojamiento que tuvo tiempos mejores,instalaciones obsoletas,ruidos de sanitarios insoportables e insonorización de risa,de la moqueta que cubre el suelo mejor no hablar... imposible dormir.Un picadero en toda regla.

La cama era muy incomoda y la almohada muy fina, si vas a quedarte en este hotel lleva tu propia almohada. También tienes que pedir toallas extra, solo ponen una. Hotel muy viejo, ducha floja.
