Very comfortable hotel that can’t do enough for you and a great base to enjoy everything about Sevilla.
Pros:

Lovely property with easy walking distance to the main areas in the city and an easy Uber ride to the station.

Cons:

Nothing. Staff were exceptional!!

Very welcoming staff, in a great location and lovely and clean and smart
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, clean, everything was as promised. Good location and good value.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room started making a lot of noise. The pillows could have been better. The bar closed at 10pm. If the pillows were better and the bar was open for a nightcap it could be close to a 10.

Charming hotel, professional staff, exceptional service.

This is a charming hotel that is in a great location, close to all the main attractions. The staff were very professional and friendly. We felt welcomed.

Perfect Boutique Hotel for a mini break in Seville
Pros:

Interior stylish and immaculate. Staff were charming, customer focused, nothing was too much trouble. Bed very comfortable. Free soft drinks minibar. Welcome bottle of fizz. Lovely continental and cooked breakfast.

Cons:

My bath was fitted the wrong way round. The reclining end was where the taps were situated.

Noise Noise Noise
Pros:

The hotel fronts on a narrow, cobblestone street with one lane and no parking. Any car or talking on the street can be heard in a room on that side. Normally, that's not a problem. But we were there for three nights, and each night a crew apparently doing something to the cobblestones worked for an hour or more with very noisy equipment. One night the work was from midnight to about one AM. Another night the work started around 3:30. It was impossible to sleep. I have no idea if that work happens daily or annually. I just know that sleep was impossible for all three nights I was there.

The hotel room itself was decent, but there were other problems. There were no available plugs at the desk. There were plenty of plugs around the room, but the only free plugs at the desk were under the desk. I had to unplug the coffee maker to find a usable desk plug for my computer.

The bathroom was okay, but there wasn't much room for toiletry bags. There was a small corner table that held one, but where to put a second bag? The sink area did not provide an answer. The problem is that there are no hooks or bars or shelves on the wall. There are two hooks in the shower, but those were only convenient for towels.

There are two night lights on the two nightstands. But they have only one control. Both are either on or off. That's a minor but annoying problem.

But for the noise, the hotel would have rated four stars. The outside noise may not have been the hotel's fault, but it wasn't my fault either.

Excellent service and place

Pros:

The hotel had the perfect room configuration for our awkward group of three. Loved the daily complimentary mini bar refresh and the yummy breakfast. Had customer service from the front desk to help us figure out what to do when our train was canceled. All around it was a great stay.
