La ubicación y el entorno
El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente y se echaba en falta una piscina para soportar el calor. Con ella la estancia hubiera sido inmejorable

Dinner menu a bit limited
Beautiful property. Very clean rooms. The restaurant staff were amazing! My nephew has a tree nut/peanut allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure he was safe. They prepared all his food from scratch in the kitchen to avoid any possible cross-contamination.
You could hear the adjoining rooms bathrooms.
First time we've stayed in a parador and a good experience. The building was interesting although I would have liked to know more about it.
Room had a great view and was a good size, if a little bit corporate.
We also opted for dinner, which was great in the old banqueting hall, with fairly priced wines.
Breakfast was excellent.
I'd have liked to go up the medieval tower, but could only do so with a guided tour in Spanish. My fault I guess for not speaking it well enough!

Las habitaciones son algo vetustas
Tutto all'altezza di una accoglienza eccellente. Bellissima la posizione e la struttura, la stanza, una matrimoniale superior, elegante e conforyevole con ampio bagno finestrato. Suggestivi i giardini la sera. Ottima prima colazione con servizio a buffet e alla carta.
Purtroppo non e' stato possibile effettuare la visita guidata la ciu organizzazione compete all'ufficio turistico locale.

Muy ruidoso, las instalaciones están muy deterioradas por falta de mantenimiento y la cuesta matadora
Está cerca del casco antiguo.
En los pasillos e instalaciones comunes hacía muchísimo calor y la iluminación de la habitación es muy deficiente
Me gustó el castillo, su buena conservación y las vistas desde la habitación.
Perfecto el parking a pie de hotel.
El tamaño de la habitación muy bueno.
El desayuno, muy bien y el trato del personal excelente.
Si tengo que poner algún pero es en el tema de limpieza, que es un poco justita y por la categoría del hotel, son muy tacaños con los packs de bienvenida y la reposición de papel higiénico, toallas, gorros de baño y jabón. Tuve que pedir un par de veces a recepción y me lo proporcionaron en seguida, pero el servicio de limpieza tendría que cuidar más estos detalles.
La cafetería tiene un servicio de comida regular, un día me sirvieron un bocadillo que dejaba mucho que desear y lo dejé casi entero, pero nadie preguntó el porqué. Yo no dije nada porque era tarde y estaba cansada y no tenias ganas de discutir.
