Pros:

Toen we aankwamen konden we meteen inchecken en kregen we de sleutel. Dat was erg fijn na een dag reizen. Daarnaast was de kamer erg schoon en staat het hotel op een perfecte locatie

Cons:

De airco was gek geplaatst waardoor het niet de hele ruimte in blaast maar enkel recht op je gezicht. De bedden schoven heel makkelijk doordat er wieltjes onder zitten dus je moest oppassen als je ging zitten.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful square. Within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, Market and historic churches. Close to good restaurants and bars. A taxi rank is on the square convenient for travelling to other places of interest such as the Oceeanografic. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was extensive and prepared well.

Pros:

The location was perfect-right in the heart of the city.The hotel is stylish,our room was very comfortable (with a wonderful view over the Plaza) and all areas were clean.All the staff(reception,housekeeping and breakfast room) were helpful and friendly.The breakfast selection was excellent-particularly enjoyed smashed avocado and smoked salmon (well!who wouldn’t?).
We will definitely return here.

Cons:

Our only issue (and it was minor ) was that there was no non-slip bathmat in the bath/overhead shower).

Pricey for quality but good location
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

Room 200 was like a dungeon so dark hardly any natural light it was like staying in an inside cabin on a cruise ship
The TV wouldn’t allow you to change language settings to English that had been disabled even though it was a smart tv so not great.

Pros:

The location is amazing! The hotel is extremely clean, the employees are nice and the rooms are enough big. Also the breakfast is very very good and they also have gluten free and lactose free food.
I really recommend this hotel, you’ll enjoy your stay!
