In generaal it was good.
Pros:

The room, location and breakfast

Cons:

The gym and sauna had to be reserved. They are only for one person at the same time. No bar. In most cases there was no reaction of the desk whilst entering and leaving the hotel.

Convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is very convenient, especially if you are traveling by train, as the hotel is located right next to the station. I also appreciated that my request for an early check-in was accommodated without any issues. The staff at the reception were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall I had no concerns about cleanliness except for the bathroom. Despite the busy area outside, the room itself was relatively quiet, which made it easy to rest.

Cons:

The area around the hotel felt very busy and crowded. While the location is convenient, I would personally prefer staying on a quieter and more charming street during my next visit.

The room felt quite dark and somewhat outdated, and the interior did not fully match the impression given by the photos. I was also disappointed by the view from the window. There was no balcony, and the room overlooked an inner courtyard. Cooking smells were coming from nearby buildings, cats were making noise at night, and a concert at a nearby stadium forced me to keep the window closed.

The biggest concern for me was the value for money. I paid significantly more for this hotel than for a much higher-quality hotel I stayed at in Barcelona, so my expectations were higher.

The bathroom could also use some improvements. The bathtub drain was partially blocked, causing water to accumulate during showers. In addition, getting in and out of the bathtub was not very comfortable, especially because of the glass panel. I imagine it could be particularly difficult for older guests, and a support handle would make it much safer and more convenient.
