Ausser der Lage kann ich diesem Hotel leider nichts abgewinnen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, noch kleiner das Badezimmer. Das Fenster war auf einen Innenbalkon ohne Sicht nach draussen oder an den Himmel. Es ist ein altes Gebäude, notdürftig renoviert. Die Bilder sehen um Welten besser aus als die Realität. Check in ist erst ab 16 h möglich.

Lovely comfortable Hotel

Very central comfortable friendly hotel.
Clean and perfect for a short stay.

Cons:

Rooms not very soundproof. But it's an older building . Didn't really bother us.

Если ещё раз приедем в Канны, остановимся здесь снова.
Pros:

Замечательное расположение рядом с пляжем, магазинами и в пешей доступности от старого города. Также пешком можно быстро дойти до вокзала, и при этом поездов совсем не слышно. Уборка была каждый день. Сотрудники были невероятно добры к нам и очень помогли нам в трудной ситуации (мой багаж был потерян, и надо было разбираться с последствиями этого в незнакомой стране)
Отдельно хотели бы поблагодарить администратора Сабрину. Словами не описать, как нам повезло встретить тебя.

מלון עם חדר קטן מאוד .לא נוח מקלחת קטנה בקושי הצלחתי להיכנס למקלחון .
אין עם מי לדבר בקבלה רוב הזמן אין שם אף אחד.
אין בידוד בקירות. כל מה שמדברים בחדרים שומעים הכל.היו ימים של שיפוץ בקומה מעל שזה דירות רגילות לא היה אפשר להיות בחדר.
בקיצור לא טוב .

Très bon séjour.
Le monsieur à l’accueil était d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance remarquables, ça met tout de suite à l’aise. Tout le personnel est vraiment sympa, l’hôtel est propre et très calme le soir, parfait pour bien se reposer.
La localisation est idéale, seulement 7 minutes à pied de la Croisette.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

Solo la buena ubicación no es suficiente para bancar 5 días el resto del confort no existente
Pros:

Lo mas valorable de este Hotel, en referencia a la ciudad de Cannes en plena temporada de verano, es la muy buena ubicación del mismo ( Cannes Centre) con referencia a los lugares , especialmente comerciales (a 1 cuadra de los negocios) y 3 cuadras de la calle frente al mar, a los hoteles 5 *, a las tiendas 5*, a pesar de no tener Parking ( hube de usar los Parkings públicos pagos y 2 veces esperar frente al acceso a que hubiera un lugar disponible.)

Cons:

Que no hubiera Seguridad del Parking (verano pleno) . La habitación recibida ( la cual pedí el cambio) NO figura en las 147 fotos que aparecen en Booking. Cama chica , poco espacio , baño que no cumplia las medidas reglamentarias, placard con estantes de tela y sin puertas con cortina, con vista a un patio interno. Pedí el cambio, y me dijeron " ud. la vio antes de entrar", a lo cual dije pero no la había probado (baño inusable) había que salir a secarse afuera de lo chico que era, y la puerta abria para afuera para poder secarme . Me dieron la del al lado con un baño mas aceptable, lo cual corroboró que la otra era la peor de todas ( 5 noches alli no lo pude aceptar.)
